The estimated charges for my trip was Rs. 195. The driver showed the amount displayed Rs. 695. The amount that the @Ube_India app displayed after the trip ended was Rs. 193, which I could check only after an hour due to annoying #VodafoneIdea network. @ViCustomerCare (1/2)

@ViCustomerCare I'm on the ₹859/84-day plan with a 5G phone in a Vi 5G coverage area. Unlimited 5G shows as activated but it's still consuming my 1.5GB/day quota instead of giving unlimited data. Clear provisioning issue - please fix this ASAP! #Vi5G #VodafoneIdea

@ViCustomerCare Pathetic customer service at your mini store situated at GF-28, Gaur, SAUNDARYAM HIGH STREET, opposite GAUR CITY MALL, near NX ONE, Iteda, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. They take money and do not do any work and then ask you to visit other store for resolution.

Hi @vodafone @ViCustomerCare , I’ve been a loyal Vodafone user for over a decade and this is primary sim, and I was proud of it—until today. I tried converting my physical SIM to eSIM following your official support guide. But the process failed, and now my SIM shows "No Service"
