    Hello @ViCustomerCare I converted my Vodafone postpaid to prepaid a month ago, but still I cannot see this update done in #VIapp. It's still showing me as having postpaid connection, I am not able to recharge through VIapp. What's the solution to this? #VI #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare I recharge raoming 695+100+39+500 within month but out going message not going if ask again recharge only making money not clear the issues
