    @ViCustomerCare #Vodafoneindia I have been following up (Service ref no 4-112012795077) for more than 3 months on a refund that Vodafone India owes me. All info been given to them and they are just taking me for a ride asking for the same info again and again #vodafoneidea

    Hello @TRAI @DoT_India, @ViCustomerCare has been continuously deducting ₹15/₹25 for every 7/15 days since last 2 months. Every time I complain, they refund and say I'll not face this issue for next 6 months. Already complained 3 times and now again deducted. Who'll take action?

    @ViCustomerCare @GoI_MeitY Received call from VI Cust.C after porting to other network. I was asked to sms'CANCEL_mynumber' to 1900 for completing the port req, but this sms is for cancelling port request. Instead of giving good service, you guys are fooling your customers.
