@ViCustomerCare Not only does your network have serious issues, both here and in the UK, emails to your customer care bounce back. What a fabulous game plan. Your rep says he can’t help without an email and there’s no way to send an email. Genius!

@ViCustomerCare Your customer service not able to resolve network issue from last 10 months & service request is open. Even the engineer visited agreed there are no network of VI in the area (Delhi) but no solution. Can you resolve service request 3-99138912680 and 3-92427373733
