    @ViCustomerCare The Number I've been using for 25 years also did KYC in 16-17 has been transferred to someone else's name without a proper aadhar verification or KYC Been travelling to store for 3 days without any help

    . @ViCustomerCare hi. I had ported my number to Airtel. I have cleared my Vodafone dues, Airtel mentions they have not received any update from Vodafone on payment confirmation. Can you please help urgently? I am not able to use my sim for almost a month now.

    Now the problem is I booked vi(vodafoneidea) simcard on 26-10-2022, order I'd -DCHD26102267633,ur @ViCustomerCare ppl promised me they will deliver it on 27-10-2022,not delivering till now and I have all proofs n I also registered complaint on this in @nch1915 n @DoT_India
