  Dear @ViCustomerCare, I got my SIM ported to Vi through a roadside vendor 2 days ago. The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible. I can share my mobile number and other details via DM. Solve the issue immediately

  Poor Coverage Of @reliancejio @JioCare In My Area, Which Is Madanpuri West Sagarpur #NewDelhi 110046. Internet Buffering.. And Call connectivity Issues.. That's Why I Have To Take 2nd Sim Of Vodafone @ViCustomerCare it's coverage is good in my area, also 5g unlimited

  If travelling abroad , never ever buy a @ViCustomerCare pack... it's the most hopeless service provider. Not only does the network service is poor, they bill you beyond the free minutes. Terrible service,disappointed @ViCustomerCare .

  @ViCustomerCare 4/ I raised a formal complaint explaining everything. I also clearly informed Vi that my Vi numbers were unreachable because they had no service and provided my overseas contact number for all communication.

  Hii @ViCustomerCare my home adress in vi sim is bihar but now i am shifted to new delhi for my study i have always keep Open my data roaming on to use internet otherwise i am not able to use internet as it show you are away from your home. So fix this issue

  Why offer if you have no facility to cancel? Now I have no option but to throw away the sim. Give kyc in bank, office, insurance co for new number, which will take almost a month. Stop cheating your customers. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare Tnx for your response. I have already contacted customer care multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Pl ensure this is not just another callback. Kindly issue a fresh, valid eSIM QR code and resolve the problem asap. I look forward to your call and a proper resolution.
