    @ViCustomerCare I had submitted a network porting request from Vodafone to another network, it's been more than a week now and the request doesn't seems to be processed by vodafone. Your network is not working properly and that's why I'm being forced to port it. Why this delay?

    @ViCustomerCare Getting call from ms vidhya and she is suggest to recharge for 10 rs and I will get 7 rs balance. That all I know. I'm asking for benefit of rs. 118 as mentioned in ur website for which screenshot also shared. It's ur fault why shud customer suffer. Bad VI response and time
