Hello @ViCustomerCare , your support executive said that any third party can deduct my vi account balance even if I don't want to. If I just accept a call they will have that ability to deduct my vi account balance! And I can't ask Vi to stop it!! How is this fare? @GoI_MeitY

Can't even port out as the porting request doesn't work. What to fo to recover my recharge value @ViCustomerCare ? How can I port to any other operator. Since you can't serve in any manner, then provide a way out. Does @TRAI has any idea about the customers issues?

@ViCustomerCare after switching from Airtel to VI unable to do SMS and main problem in UPI. Contact to customer care and local VI store but they also unable to resolve. Hope its good to go back as customer care answer is HO JAYEGA 8006500093
