    @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare Why msg being sent that the postpaid connection will be migrated to hear higher 299 plan WITHOUT Customer consent You should Give time to Customer to at least shift if unaffordable

    @ViCustomerCare Srinivas, u people are so accustomed to replying typically thr u don’t even read message if number is not given. It’s a tower fault. Now too 790106 area has only 4G network with 0-kbps speed which is No Dat Transfer possible. Not even surfing. Only messaging possible. Pls rectify

    @ViCustomerCare in indian telecom market vodafoneidea is the provider who not only charges more to their own customers despite of paying such more charges customer does not get that kind of network speed ot data services which they deserve
