    @ViCustomerCare, your 4G network offers excellent speed, but airtel's4G/5G network is very slow. Please fix your 5G network or switch users to a stable 4G experience. Why are you charging for 5G while providing such poor service, @airtelindia? I'm planning to port my number to Vi

    I don't understand why this number of mine with Vi keeps getting suspended. If they can't fix the issue, they should just release the number so I can get it from another provider; the number is very important to me.@ViCustomerCare @vicu

    @ViCustomerCare even after several updates to vi that i am in US eastern time zone, support guys give calls at around 3 - 4 am. Finding - only chat support works in indian night shift, all other support teams including twitter, works in Indian day shift.

    Why is the VI network so down? I have recharged 399 rupees pack - For my mom I have recharged a 3 month pack, my brother also is using an active pack, but why there's no internet? Is that a scam? Why are you people doing this? I already have a DM. @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India
