@ViCustomerCare "Just had a visit from technicians, during the visit 4g was not available even outside home and said the network was coming from 5km away. There is a VI tower 1km from my home in Vilakkottur. After the visit, network came back and 4g was available outside home. Little suspicious.

@ViCustomerCare we are belong to Delhi ,we are facing lots of issue with your network in our area ,4g volte network are continuously fluctuate from last 6 months,even i compliment for the same 2 to 3 time ,your support team are also aware,but not provided any solution till now.
