@ViCustomerCare My daughter from Gurgaon complaint many times to you people for the unavailability of the network in their high end society for over a week but no action has been taken. She is totally dependent on wifi and seriously considering switching to Airtel or Jio.

@ViCustomerCare Santosh Jadhav from your team has provided very poor service over the past 3 weeks. I have not answered any calls and shared proof of the same, yet am being charged unfairly. He claims because I haven't taken a special calling pack, VI will not solve this.
