  @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia hi, Post number ported to other service provider from vi. I my hv outstanding balance to pay. I went to your store they told me no outstanding balance is due. Then I tried to login to vi app but as now numbr got ported so not allowing me to login

  @ViCustomerCare To whom should I beleive the store person or the cusomer care ?? There is no point in using such an unprofessional service provider. As soon as my service is up, i will port my number. Fed up with all your stupid rules and process. Airtel is better intern of following process.

  @ViCustomerCare worst network ever, Even in Mumbai, Jogeshwari West 400102 Vi network is too bad how it will offer a good network in remote areas of india. I have been complaining from 2 weeks but the issue is not resolved. #vicustomercare complaint no. ( MUM-V01131259904 )

  I am a customer of Vodafone postpaid for more than 8 years. Recently tried to replace my old sim with a new one and waiting for activation for past 2 days and vi customer care/stores are not helping. Looking to switch to Airtel after such a poor service. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare experiencing very slow network speed in my locality. - new civil lines bharatpur ( rajasthan). Network auto switches from Vi 4G volte to 3G and sometimes 3G to 2G. Its ground floor and other data networks are working well except Vi.
