    @ViCustomerCare Very very poor service, zero network at pin code 799101 and unable to even generate UPC to port the number. Customer care person is also very rude and unsupportive.

    Worst experience with @ViCustomerCare. Bought a esim using the Vi website paying INR 365.00 as initial recharge. E sim activation and recharge still pending. In app chat bot just waste. I tried calling to customer care using a new sim call never connects. ++

    Dear Vi Facing severe network issues at Ratason, Salon, Raebareli, UP – 229124. Indoor signal very weak (1–2 bars), frequent fluctuation, poor WhatsApp/video calling, YouTube buffering, and internet speed only 10–15 KB/s. Emergency connectivity is badly affected. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Suddenly my Vi SIM has stopped getting network. No signal and unable to make calls or use internet. Please check and resolve this issue ASAP.

    Got to experience the worst of @vodafoneIN_Fdtn network before getting the sim.I have ordered a Vi sim online and not yet delivered. Wow @ViCustomerCare simply say I can't help will raise ticket wait until solved They say I can't cancel my order, if you want to cancel go to store

    @ViCustomerCare Is it a bit which is replying? I just wrote tat its a chance for Vodafone to become relevant again and u guys r saying u will solve my problem. I m not ur customer yet due to pathetic service u provide now m just saying up ur game n become relevant

    @ajeetram3 @ViCustomerCare This issue cant be fixed because near you there is no 5g tower of vi so they just upgraded the software to show fake 5g symbol. Because they are using NSA technology and this technology has some limitations. Better to with Jio they have SA network which is very good
