@VodafoneIN Thanks. But I doubt there will be any improvement. The Service providers (All) have played a joke on Indian public & in reality they never gave the Actual 4G speed in India. But it is worse (at least in our Area) than ever before. We are getting 2G speed.

We have 20 years old vodafone retailer shop in Dombivali (E)-421201. From last few months I am getting problem to get ETOP from distributor. Because of less ETOP I am unable to activate vodafone Idea SIM card as well as unable to recharge. @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare @TRAI 1/2

@ViCustomerCare You r the worst service. I am using VI but guys u know you will face frequently call drops and Internet speed is also worst. When you file complaint they r also not going to resolve the problem.

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Your network is pathetic. Frequent disruption of network, very slow/ no data service , pathetic customer service. None of the troubleshooting steps have worked. It's just a work around to the poor network. Will be switching soon. Worst experience

@DoT_India @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS has the issue with the connection provision and verification. Home visit verification not updated since 40days. Fake sim provide 3rd part agency may working here or our data is not privacy maintained in Vodafone. Till now no response.
