    @VodafoneIN Thanks. But I doubt there will be any improvement. The Service providers (All) have played a joke on Indian public & in reality they never gave the Actual 4G speed in India. But it is worse (at least in our Area) than ever before. We are getting 2G speed.

    @ViCustomerCare Mr.MiteshThe concern is not understood by the executives. I know about the charges but it is being levied due to the incorrect information shared by the executives. They misguided me on the process which is the issue. Does anyone have the capability to understand the problem?

    @ViCustomerCare Understand you guys are looking at increasing ARPU, but activating stupid caller tunes and VAS without customer consent and deducting money from prepaid balance is a crime. Kindly refund the money. This is the 3rd time money has been deducted. DMing number

    @ViCustomerCare Whenever i get an incoming calls or i make a call. i m not able to use internet. my 4G network is not available during incoming and outgoing calls * I have VoLTE Enabled. * I m using single SIM (Vi)

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare no help is being extended. Details being asked on DM, details being asked on call but no resolution yet. What is this going on? Is this a way to treat customers specially where the customer is a senior citizen.

    @ViCustomerCare The customer care executive on call made from 5th sept, 2021 to 6th Sept, 2021 clearly mentioned that my old Sim card will not get deactivated. Post which I activated the 28 days plan (as I wanted to use the service)

    @ViCustomerCare do you have plans to introduce Vi WiFi calling in Chennai or are we forced to port the 6 numbers to Airtel? Call quality is the worst and keeps disconnecting, we are using Watsapp call to connect, while airtel users don't have this issue.
