    @VodafoneIN Thanks. But I doubt there will be any improvement. The Service providers (All) have played a joke on Indian public & in reality they never gave the Actual 4G speed in India. But it is worse (at least in our Area) than ever before. We are getting 2G speed.

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp @DoT_India I didn't get more than 1 bar in VI since i brought the sim I raised a complaint and according to your support team issue is being resolved twice #MP-VOO465355363 #MP-VOO473068855 but in reality i still face same issue.

    @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare 1/n I had raised the issue 3 times, yet no response of any sort. The only thing the customer care executive says is to wait for a call from the backend team which obviously they don’t. This has been happening for the past 9 months.

    @ViCustomerCare I think now a days vi service at chaibasa within Dist west singhbhum jharkhand is worst and your officers are not looking into the same. in my humble opinion it is good to port the vodafone number into other network Even I request the other people to follow me.

    @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio It should be fraud alert @ViCustomerCare..unnecessary deductions pathetic customer care service..stop using bots for services which require real interaction..you must realize that you’re wasting the time of a doctor working in this pandemic..this is the way you reward us?

    @ViCustomerCare I would like to bring your attention to an issue am facing on VI network. I lost internet on VI network 4 days back n even after reaching you out, there is no solution to my issue.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm facing the same problem again from last 3 days. Tired of this thing. 4G drops to 2G, VoLTE gets turned off automatically... Vi network is becoming useless day by day. Vi's claim should be India's fastest 2G network, verified by Ookla
