    @VodafoneIN Thanks. But I doubt there will be any improvement. The Service providers (All) have played a joke on Indian public & in reality they never gave the Actual 4G speed in India. But it is worse (at least in our Area) than ever before. We are getting 2G speed.

    @ViCustomerCare I received call from customer care multiple times in order to get the context and a further new complaint was registered and resolved as per you, BUT YESTERDAY AND TODAY AS WELL I'M RECEIVING THE CALLS, ARE YOU GUYS FORCING TO PORT OUT? OR SHOULD I TAKE A LEGAL ACTION?

    I don't have payment issues if @ViCustomerCare resolves the service issue I'm facing else let me port out without any penal charges of ₹3000/- for exit from redx plan before 6 months! I have and will always pay my bills regularly if you resolve issue for which I pay telco.

    @ViCustomerCare It’s been 2 years I changed my number from postpaid to prepaid and went to Vodafone stores multiple time because I overpaid the bill by 550-600 rs and the company should have credited the extra amount back but they didn’t Worst services in the world #vidontcare #visucks

    Hi @ViCustomerCare despite my December bill already paid and me having the receipt for the same..I have been asked to pay for it again...i reached out to your cs agents who could not rectify it and insist that i pay the bill despite showing them the receipt...request you help.
