  @VodafoneIN Thanks. But I doubt there will be any improvement. The Service providers (All) have played a joke on Indian public & in reality they never gave the Actual 4G speed in India. But it is worse (at least in our Area) than ever before. We are getting 2G speed.

  @ViCustomerCare yesterday I visit vi store they charged me Rs 100 and gave me a new sim and they told me your sim problem will be solved after 2 hours... But till now there is no network j cant use my number since last 5 days i am complaining again and again but no response

  @ViCustomerCare Today again i called but put me on hold for 15 mins and then disconnect the call. Is this your service? I am with vodafone since more than 15 years and now your service is getting worse day by day. Every month Vodafone team automatically activate any services on my number.
