    @VodafoneIN Hey this didn't work, just now I got disconnected from another call. This keeps happening, I have a jio sim card in my phone which works perfectly fine. So you can't say it's the problem with my phone. @TRAI

    @VodafoneIN, I have never seen this much bad network in kerala in the past 2 months. Whoever using Voda is complaining that the network is worst. But still nothing happens to improve. This makes to change the provider.. Disappointed with your service.. 😔

    @VodafoneIN You have done nothing other than simply replying with the templates. Every complaints begins like this. Customers raise their issue. You will ask them to DM the details. Next few days You will say " we are working". Finally you will end, saying you have done the max.

    @VodafoneIN Yes, Vodafone 4g used to be good for me in january.But, last 2 days i've been here,inside my home 4g is super bad.Though used to get high speeds in the beginning.Well, out in the roads too sometimes even gaana app stopped streaming due to slow speed.I'd be glad if u do sumthing.

    @VodafoneIN Once you port a Vodafone number to another state only God can help you. So the guy comes home gives u sim & porting is done. Then the guy takes the remaining amount but u don't get receipt/message. Now Vodafone starts bombarding U with the old bill. Is it a scam?

    @VodafoneIN Getting worst service from Vodafone for the last couple of months at Ernakulam , No speed for 4g network , even 3g and 2g are faster than 4g when we change the network to 3g only or 2g Only .Customer care executives always say please wait 2days for the past few months

    @ViCustomerCare Well, I didn't have network for last 2 days so did not reply. Now also using JIO sim of my friend to write this one. Mobile is still on emergency calls only under the moonlight & stars. Improve your network first.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey VI, what kind of “unlimited 5G” are you selling? Data stops the moment daily quota is over. This is misleading customers. Fix this ASAP. I AM NOT ABLE TO USE UNLIMITED 5g , my work is affecting.

    @ViCustomerCare I have got a new VI sim at about 1 month ago.But what a disgusting and disappointing experience with it.The interest goes from 4G to Emergency mode.When I connect a call with someone the call drops frequently.I have to go outdoor to receive call and use internet😡
