    @ViCustomerCare Chirag called up from 022 50897580 time 13.21. Requested me to wait for futher 72 hours for resolution. Wonder how I got the sms regarding resolution of complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare I had recharged with 418 rs data pack with 100gb on 1st Jan 2022. Since that day i have had issue with internet and even after reaching out to customer care multiple times the issue remains unresolved. Please stop making fake commitments and looting customers.
