    @VodafoneIN @Idea please a kind request !!! Yday was my birthday and naturally birthday wishes calls are mandatory so in every 10-15 sec phone was disconnecting coz of poor network. Please improve 3G / 4G before launching 5G.

    @ViCustomerCare It has been 15 days since I have been charged incorrectly for every incoming call (not receiving though) while my number is Int'l roaming. Wrote multiple emails to CC but all vague responses. Now I don't have option other than keep my mob flight mode. Plz help.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I activated my sim after 10 days, the sim got corrupted and after searching for 8 days in nashik I finally found a store in pune. Now the sim is operating but messages can't be sent or received. Error 50 is occuring! Can anybody please help

    @ViCustomerCare this is exhausting now. I just got my sim replaced today and message service is already not operating. Can't send messages. Can't recieve messages/otp. What are we supposed to do? Live in a vi store now😔😔😔

    @ViCustomerCare Don't lie. Your team already said there is no optimization possible in our area. We paid for 4G service and we are getting 2G service. Cheaters.
