@ViCustomerCare worst service ever I witnessed with VI. Porting from Airtel to VI is just a nightmare.Why VI has given DSA to incompetent companies?staff is doing fraudulent. I wont think VI is worth bt got stuck. Hoping to get my issue resolved but it seems never ending plight

@ViCustomerCare got new vip number, getting random calls and sms from pervious owner contacts. Why would you sell someone else's number? While I paid extra for that number. Isn't it a wrong business tactic? Kindly stop these sms and calls. Pls help

Dear @ViCustomerCare I am facing an issue, 3G has been completely disappeared from my area, only 2G and 4G is working, while I don't have device which support 4G internet (for while) and 2G is not useful. Can you resolve this issue ? I I'll send you location details.

@ViCustomerCare A corporate customer of Vodafone since last 7-8 Years. But have never seen such horrible service. All my callers are getting message saying number is invalid. Few weeks before visited your store and got response that this is common for iphone users

@DoT_India @TRAI @ViCustomerCare 2/2 I paid the fees subscribed the service but they are not giving me the actual VM box number where I shall forward my call to receive call in that while I am not reachable. If this service doesn't exist they should remove from website as well as return my money.
