@ViCustomerCare the most pathetic thing has happened and the guy on the call was no help. My account was all settled till yesterday (part of family plan) and suddenly one of the number now has a bill - called Vi they say it's outstanding from previous before before moving plans

@ViCustomerCare My sim is not working since 10AM, 9th Nov. 2022, why? whosoever calls gets the message "this number does not exist", bill for Sept 2022 was paid on 16th Oct. 2022 i.e. due date.
