    @VodafoneIN @Idea please a kind request !!! Yday was my birthday and naturally birthday wishes calls are mandatory so in every 10-15 sec phone was disconnecting coz of poor network. Please improve 3G / 4G before launching 5G.

    @ViCustomerCare i stopped my paygo service on 5 may, but still added ₹260 data charges+ ₹100 penalty extra GST amount. May i why are doing this and also the customer care team doesn't give a proper answer related to this. waive off charge and generate the new bill accordingly

    Hi,@ViCustomerCare You are turning out to be my worst experience, today again got an issue which is of no incoming, no outgoing and no internet connection. I have an active recharge 5G pack of 2 months and checked everything it's all okay. Pls look into it. #Vi #customerservice

    How? Still waiting. All digital options are trapping me inside the same no answer bots only system. I need a call. It's quite simple, no? Does @ViCustomerCare not call its customers? Your 198 199 area all AI bot traps. Zero HUMAN support.

    @ViCustomerCare I am experiencing persistent, poor call quality in Kochari (591340). Multiple complaints have gone unresolved. Please address this urgently; otherwise, I will be forced to port my number. @Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Can you tell me if it is possible to simply call and speak to a human over there? The call numbers, phone numbers are expertly designed to trap the customer into an endless array of AI options. Is this intentional? do you not like speaking to your customers?

    @ViCustomerCare “Hi, I ported my number from Jio to Vi on 22/05/2026. The retailer promised a free 2-month recharge, but even after the porting is completed and the network is active, I still have not received the recharge. Please look into this issue and help resolve it.”
