    @VodafoneIN @Idea please a kind request !!! Yday was my birthday and naturally birthday wishes calls are mandatory so in every 10-15 sec phone was disconnecting coz of poor network. Please improve 3G / 4G before launching 5G.

    @ViCustomerCare My vi sim automatically stopped working. No external damage, no warning. Vi store says that old sims stop working after a few years. Shouldn't there be a warning for the users? Especially in today's age when most of the accounts including banking depend on phones?

    @ViCustomerCare Unacceptable. Your retention team promised a ₹100 monthly discount on the ₹451 postpaid plan. After changing my plan, customer care says no such offer exists. This is misleading. I've lost all trust in Vi and will port out this morning.
