    @ViCustomerCare I am facing literally no downloading speed, video is buffering at 360p even. Latency of network is very high.

    @ViCustomerCare Over a week and still no resolution of complaint. And to make the bill payment..I receive calls 7 days in advance of due date..that too almost daily. Kindly stop giving additional benefits in your postpaid connection. At least allow to make calls. Worst service.

    Still no action by @ViCustomerCare After tweeting for a few days, there has been no help. I have now got same messages from Adnan,Sparsh, Myra, Naira, Alia, Ayub too, all giving me same reply & asking me to do the same thing @ViBusinessIndia #vodafoneideabadservice

    @ViCustomerCare My question was why do you not issue idea instead of Vodafone in Bihar, because idea has better network and internet connection.
