  When asked @ViCustomerCare that why full amount is charged, they said, even if you use the service for a minute, full amount is charged..! How smart right? they keep it blocked for entire period and then they enable for last few hours of 7th and ask you to pay in full #fraud

  @ViCustomerCare Higher plans are pathetic. I recharged 4Gb/day and bandwidth becomes worst. Raised complaint MNG-V00728634507 but still no resolution. Need to think about changing the provider if not resolved within 2 days.

  Again network failure in my city. There is no vi network since afternoon. You guys hiked the prices but can't able to deliver proper service. @ViCustomerCare
