    @ViCustomerCare Sorry, your company cut lots of money. I contact to customer care many times but they blam to me. They told me i choose that service. Why i choose that service who is useless for me? This is your company technique to earn money. My decision is final this time.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm being charged for a VAS which I never activated. Every other month, money is being deducted for some or the other VAS service activation. Call centre team not helping. This is the 3rd instance this year.. I need refund.. else porting out..

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to send port message to 1900, able to send to other numbers. I tried re-inserting sim as told by customer care. Tried changing phones, still does not work ! @TRAI @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare : My complaint hasn't been resolved yet. Then you would say that it should be reported within next 24 hrs to get refund.

    @ViCustomerCare I changed my network from airtel to vi and this was my worst decision. The speed of network is too poor and even we cant send a message. I regret on my decision. Please improve your network speed and then say "India's fastest 4G".
