  @ViCustomerCare Boss I have worked for this company for many years with distinction in Goa and have close affinity to the brand. The situation is going from bad to worse every passing day. Most people say my phone cannot be reached for most of the day even though I am in coverage.

  @ViCustomerCare They are capable of providing services to low cost or end model mobiles. Please check, vowifi is provided only to xiaomi, not for all. They indirectly support only Chinese make products and not Indian or Non Chinese products. If no improvement,better to port to airtel or BSNL.

  @ViCustomerCare Please stop this false promotion. Owner of three VI numbers all I get is excuses when I complain about speed or no internet during call issues. Shameful service. You should thank Jio otherwise you would have lost even more customers. At least in Punjab. Disgusted.

  @RajeshMenon70 @ViCustomerCare I too agree, it's getting bad to worse even near dabolim airport (chicalim) it's very poor ( 403711) not a complaint but a suggestion.
