    Need to approach consumer court against @ViCustomerCare due to their poor network quality. I need exemption from 90 day period to port back to Jio’s high quality 5G standalone network. Because Vi is like mad man who doesn’t want to switch off 2G network.

    @ViCustomerCare done kyc thrice to convert a SIM card from postpaid to prepaid since 2nd of this month . Still KYC getting rejected . Is this how you treat a customer who has been associated for 25+ years … regretting to be associated .

    @ViCustomerCare After discussion with one of the customer care agents it was confirmed that the extra amount added in my bill Rs.248 will not be waived off. I am very disappointed that I have been using your network for the past ten plus years.

    @ViCustomerCare Despite activating full DND, blocking notifications & uninstalling the VI app, I’m still getting unsolicited pop-ups on my number 89754944**. This is my final request—fix this immediately or I’ll be forced to port & escalate to TRAI. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare I checked, and you have not given any solution. This was the final nail in the coffin. Will soon take appropriate migration steps of all three connections to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, I initiated a port-in request to Vi 4 days ago but there’s been complete radio silence since. No updates, no timeline. Isn’t the porting time limit supposed to be 3 days? If this is the level of service before port-in, I am afraid for future. Please clarify.

    @ViCustomerCare Using my simcard since 18 years. Someone at ur backend fraudulently tagged my sim with a corporate that I know nothing about w/o my permission.I need a new simcard. How can I get it written from a corporate that I don't even know. HELP
