    @ViCustomerCare @PMOIndia @RajCMO one question is it right to make a recharge when I won't be able to use or avail the services . The problem is no network and VI is forcing me to recharge and not emphasis on resolving the problem .hence they are looting people by forcing them

    @ViCustomerCare As , I am old customer of Vodafone since last 8 years. As my postpaid sim VI comes under mumbai circle & currently I am in delhi ...I want to PORT my number in other network . All message where going/ sent except PORT message...I am chasing this to customer care.

    @ViCustomerCare When I don't want to use ur network how could u stop me from exercising my right to switch network other Msg services can be stopped but this services can not be. You can't force any person to pay you before exercising his right @DoT_India

    @PMOIndia @RajCMO @ViCustomerCare without solving the problem how can you close the complaint . Team has updated that with the statement which was the complaint . Rubbish team with rubbish management . They are just looting people govt should take steps to curb their ads freedom
