    @ViCustomerCare pathetic internet service in redx plan I have complain about this 'Your complaint dated 19-May-2022 10:24:20 PM with reference number C004-131794882005 is registered. We assure resolution by 23-May-2022.' But 3 days resolved time and we are stay here only 3 days?

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India There is no network in some pockets of pincode 395009 in VI and we call their customer care they always hung up please look into the matter and if you don't want to serve customer leave business or improve.

    As in many cases, seniors citizens don’t even notice that a service is activated till they pay the bill. Even if noticed and requested cancellation, one time money is guaranteed. Not fair, absolutely not fair. End @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar

    Hello VI network team, My phone internet speed has been working so poor since 15-20 days. i have complained about it. still internet speed running poor. your internet speed is 15 kb to 40 kb. even I can't surfing. please do something. 🙏 @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Since last 2 weeks i am getting deductions from my balance where i have not opted nor consented for any service. Rs.20 on 13th and Rs.49 on 20th. Called 198 to raise a complaint regarding deductions but the rep said a complaint cant be raised. Reason for port out.
