    @ViCustomerCare I went to Vodafone Goregaon West gallery there also they denied saying they don't have access to reverse wrong number recharge. @reliancejio and @airtelindia does provide it. Not happy with the service getting even though being customer from last 15years. Sorry to be remain in VI

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India VI changed the requirements of min recharge yesterday for sending SMS and today it is not even allowing to send message for porting to another network. Is this not a violation of @TRAI regulation to allow the customers to port into any network of their choice?

    @ViCustomerCare yeah.. i am waiting too, for the improved service & better network speed. please.. don't bother, because i think i told you enough and this is like a routine with your network.. it comes and goes all day. we're used to it now.. i don't think we need better. #Thank_You !!

    @ViCustomerCare I can understand price hike will help you to provide better services to us but discontinuing double data offer is very bad decision, I was using your network just for this offer, Why should I recharge ₹839 when @airtelindia is offering same offer on ₹698 ?
