@ViCustomerCare Why do so many calls in Vi drop? Network signal is weak. I run into it frequently. and expressed displeasure over 50 times. But no remedy was discovered.

On 18th Nov I changed my sim card from 2G to 4G. According to VI seller,I was supposed to get Rs.50 balance but I didn't,and VI store seller charged me Rs.100 for converting my 2G SIM to 4G इतनी महंगी service है VI की या VIstore पर चोर बैठा रखे है? @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare
