@ViCustomerCare Dear VI team. I am havinh a very bad experience from VI. I converted my Postpaid 7834918456 to prepaid. Clear all postpaid dues. My prepaid no. blocked saying postpaid dues of around Rs. 90. I paid yesterday at 1430 but still my number blocked.

@ViCustomerCare Nothing happens and I am suffering for last 6 months , no one is bothering and no one is taking an accountability and resp. Shame you are not giving the service in the core city like Pune. Ask your teams to act fast else this will get now escalated to your CEO

@ViCustomerCare Pathetic service you are running. You ask us to choose VI movies and OTT for free and in the middle of month you change it to paid and charge it to postpaid bill. Shame on you. Begging is better than cheating customers like this.

@ViCustomerCare But tell me one thing. Once I converted my number post to pre after clearing all dues and also recharge it for 365 days plan then why my no. was blocked on only Rs. 95 dues from postpaid. Now after paying dues service should restore within 4 hours. Now 2p hrs pas. How much
