    @ViCustomerCare whats happening to your network....it frequently doesn't make calls..I need to do airplane mode...also something network gets lost

    @DoT_India There is a network issue which @ViCustomerCare executive has addressed during his visit. All the info given here is wrong and misleading.

    @ViCustomerCare FYI: Dhanushkodi is in Tamil Nadu, India and not in Sri Lanka, in case you don’t know. I went to Dhanushkodi and was wrongly charged 599 for roaming charges because your network picked that up as Sri Lanka. As you can see, the mistake is of Vodafone.
