Your infrastructure is not good, the network is not available outdoors within 500 meters to 1 km of the tower. However, it is being written in the inbox that whatever network is available, we have to accept it.

This feels like a scam. Either fix this immediately or explain.

The Chemist 🚩 (@themadchemist23) reported@ViCustomerCare ordered the sim online and even paid for the number of my choice and I'm waiting for 2 days . There is no update on the tracking system. It shows an appointment scheduled. While my local customer service said you have to cancel it.

Every time I contact customer care, I get the same repeated promise but no real update. This kind of delay and lack of clarity is really frustrating. Please look into this. @ViCustomerCare
