    @ViCustomerCare should you be ashamed sir i tried many times to recharge from vi app on my network but due to weak network i didn't get tired i changed network operator from vodafone to jio and then recharged from vi app one Happened immediately at the bar and .....

    @ViCustomerCare i had been trying to port from postpaid to prepaid from a long time, but not able to do it as different ppl say different stuff and the local VI store isnt even trying to understand the concern. Kindly help
