    As I discussed with vi social media team they further gives the ultimate of 2 days & I don't think solution arriving they are wasting of time so customer will tired for service & forget.! As they earlier says ultimate of 22 Apr '22 result are zero!! Shame on you @ViCustomerCare

    Horrible experience with @ViCustomerCare service. My father had kept his number in safe custody for 6 months and yet he received the bills for last 3 months. Customer service rep haven't been able to resolve the issue inspite of multiple emails and phone calls. (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare My number was shifted to postpaid on 8 April 2022 and all the documents have been submitted and verified.But all of a sudden yesterday,the number has been suspended citing document issues. Horrible service.
