@ViCustomerCare sorry to say but vi has not been able to keep standards once vodafone was proud about. visiting your customer center, calling care for VAS deductions happening for my ailing mother in law's but there has not been a single positive response. #ViIsNoMoreVodafone

@ViCustomerCare Without paying monthly bills I am not asking for any services, I have paid all my dues without delay, of course if don’t pay you will not provide service, but without providing proper services and solutions your customer care is simply asking me to port. It’s something fishy.
