    @ViCustomerCare Looks like @vodafone just tweets but does nothing. Its 16+ hrs since sim taken, not yet activated. No help from #vodafone. Uselessly they r forcing me to again go to their store. Yesterday I have already gone to the store & done the needful, yet required action not taken by them

    @ViCustomerCare don't know how your vi is working for the customers. Every month I had to complain for network issues and every month regularly there's loss of internet for 5 - 10 days Either correct it in 1 day maximum or allow me to port

    @ViCustomerCare It’s a harassment mobile service provider. Poorest network entire India, highest charges and most 3rd class customer care. Many people calls for the bill payment which has been paid last week, asked to customer care to stop the connection but that is too not done.
