    @ViCustomerCare Hello, I have the old sim of idea 4G but the signal is not constant it gets suddenly down.When i visited the vi store they said u need to change sim to 'vi 4G' and charge is 150/-. Why we need to pay charge,we can move to other operators with same amount !

    @ViCustomerCare I think there is no one good honest fair person to solve my issue seems all vodafone bastards after merging with idea thought to give pain and do harrasment to customer. Hope some one idiot would call me for my postpaid bill help and solve on priority 9167700017

    @ViCustomerCare It has been almost 3 hours your internet is not working in my area. This is serious problem everyday I need to complaints regarding internet issue. Iam tried now I must actually try different service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare This is what you get after complaining. I have not tried it because 3 users in my home are also experiencing same issue. I guess all 3 mobile devices of completely diffrent companies cause same problem at same time. Oh! What a coincidence. What a shame on you guys!
