MNP is available but there is no scope for Ownership Change!! Is this a loophole in the MNP? Why customer will bear loss if the no. was ported from Idea to Voda Why a legal heir can't take ownership of the no.? @ViCustomerCare has no answers I hope @TRAI will help in this case

@ViCustomerCare I am in Singapore now. While SIM port Vi executive says you can do televerification from any country. I tried to call customer care but don't get proper support.
