I was asking for good service from long time no help atall. When I started my port VI Custser people started calling me I requested to stop calling then also they didn’t stop 20+calls in 2hr. He clearly informed me that only 2G connectivity is available in the area and assured me that the issue would be resolved in a few days.

Why is the service for existing customers always so much worse than a potential/new one? Getting a new sim - you can start using it in minutes Whereas for these issues - hours/days long wait.
