    @ViCustomerCare worst experience ever with this sim. in the era of 4G , i am using H+ (3G) ,i have complained 2 times but nothing happened. i am not here for complain because i have not even a single percent trust on your support. my suggestion- if you can't give a better support

    @VodafoneIN #VI @vodafonein1 @rmstakkar #ravindertakkar ji this is horrible. I was asking for good service from long time no help atall. When I started my port VI Custser people started calling me I requested to stop calling then also they didn’t stop 20+calls in 2hr. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI team you need to work on your network, as still mostly coverage comes at 3G..worst service and network being experience since last 6 months. multiple complaint agaist the network issue been raised,but still no one has addressed the same.     Your employee Nilesh has been worst kind of employee I have ever seen. I came to port my sim to Vodafone but attitude and language of your employee was so rude that I changed my mind. Make your employees learn how to deal and talk with customers nicely. Pathetic. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare where I stay nowadays whenever you try use imp apps where it requires you to login. It always says “ your phone doesn’t have an active SIM Network “. This is coming since very long. It’s impossible to stay with Vi like this.

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service. I had recharged my mom’s number with Rs.99. I was unable to send msg, then I contacted customer care and they suggested me to recharge with Rs128 pack & I did the same. Still unable to send msgs. Going to Port asap.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello my name is Abhin. I am currently in Dubai UAE . My vi sim is not working here right now . It was working last 18 days which I connected to Etisalat. But now it is showing (MM SIM IS NOT ALLOWED) Also can't connect

    @DoT_India @TRAI Can you please help in either getting resolution or get rid of this poor network provider @ViCustomerCare the only thing they repeat that wait for 48 hrs. And issue is resolved but I feel the same problem everyday 😕
