    @ViCustomerCare it’s a matter of utter shame that after written complaint to Vi, there is no acknowledgement that the email will be attended . Just an automated reply with links to navigate for bill/ recharge etc issues .

    @ViCustomerCare I have been showed certain double data offers as per made for me offers but after recharging they are denying any such offers and this is not the first time that I am facing such issues.I urge people to abstain from using vi as it's the Worst network in operation
