    @ViCustomerCare Hi, this z regarding my idea no. (sent via DM), I had acc. balnc Rs.179 on 18.11.21 but received sms @ 11:23am mentioning activation of JUICE UP VIDEOS service costing Rs150/month, for which I haven't requested. Kindly look into d matter & refund d amount deducted

    @ViCustomerCare Even after multiple calls Vodafone has failed to activate international roaming on my number. Pathetic service. It's time to switch to different provider.

    its been 4 days and @ViCustomerCare still could not fixx my problem , and asking me to wait till 24 for the resolution , does @ViCustomerCare knows that we do have our commitment and relaying on the issue to solvedor not we might have to choose another network provider ??
