    @DoT_India @DoT_India The complaint has been closed by @ViCustomerCare without any action. Hi! With regards to your DND-related complaint no. XYZ, we couldnt find the call/SMS records for reported content on the date you mentioned. Hence we are unable to take further action & have closed

    @ViCustomerCare at one time, Vodafone used to offer a crystal sharp network & proper accountability of data. From last 2 months, its been a worst service. 90% times seeing ‘edge’. If this remains same, will hv to switch as cant compromise the work and needs. Fix it faster.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm unable to access internet since yesterday evening. Inspite of multiple calls to customer care and raising a complaint my issue remains unresolved. Disappointed and porting to another network soon.

    I seriously can't believe this @ViCustomerCare. Migrated from Vi prepaid to postpaid expecting improved and uninterrupted service, but instead @ViCustomerCare postpaid service has been completely useless, much worse than prepaid. So called @FakeUnlimitedData 😡

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you dear Neha. But how can a service provider who can’t shelter me from hundreds of unwanted callers offering me property and loans (and I have complained about this a zillion times) be trusted to give me a great 5G experience?

    I am complaint about network issue in inside my home Your customer service said please wait we solve it I wait "5 months" since the issue still not solve other networks are better inside home. Address: Tamilnadu,salem , periya krishnapuram Quickly solve it @ViCustomerCare
