    @ViCustomerCare We had an Indian VI sim which got deactivated due to no usage in Feb'23. Visited multiple vi stores to reactivate, mailed customer care. No concrete solution given other thn owner coming in person, which is impossible as she is out of country for job. Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service. No problems are resolved even after raising a complaint. Only get messages that the problem is resolved when nothing is being done from your side. There are issues in calls and now in Internet connectivity as well. It will be better to switch.

    @ViCustomerCare I have vaid recharge to use unlimited data in 12am-6am but the problem is when I use it today the data deducted from my main data balance. Pls look into it this matter

    @ViCustomerCare I will not pay the bill how many complaint should I gave but no responce. If you disconnect my outgoing calls. I will make a case in consumer court. This is seriously. Why should I pay for worst network.
