    @ViCustomerCare What to check in DM? You said same thing in DM too that you are not able to resolve the issue. Which silently means you failed to deliver services in area where once you were "only" player. Jio works fair, Airtel works good but Vi works very poor.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare In Mahagama (Godda, Jharkhand) the Vi network is not working. My mobile shows “No Signal / No Service”, so calls and internet are not working. Please check the issue and resolve it as soon as possible #ViNetwork #NetworkIssue

    @ViCustomerCare very poor network at my location calls drop data not working properly due to this I have stopped recharging my number pls improve the network or install a new tower in our area otherwise I will port my number to another operator pls check urgently

    @ViCustomerCare it's been hours of complaining about slow internet issues on various platforms including X, Gmail, whatsapp but still i have not received a satisfactory response from your side. Atp me and my family members who use VI have decided to switch the sim. Disappointed.
