    Pathetic service given by @ViCustomerCare by Mr Jasmeet. He put my call on hold without any prior info. In last call disconnected. I asked a simple question but he didn't reply & hold the call. Porting my number in other operator today itself. #cheap_Vi_services #Avoid_Vi

    Dear .@ViCustomerCare , when your competitors are rolling out 5G , we expect you to atleast have a strong and consistent 4G network in the existing areas... Can you kindly do that and avoid sudden drop from 4G to 2G , when we move less than 100 metres...

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic network quality in Gandhidham. No proper resolution provided by customer care executivesb (both online and store). Port to another carrier seems to be the only logical approach.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Msg from VI,problem solve without solution. Hi, we hv resolved ur network complaint no. DEL-V01265341587.With this, u should not face any further network issues. In case you are not happy with our resolution,you can appeal at 198 (Toll Free) within 30 days.
