Seems Vodafone Idea @ViCustomerCare is in deep trouble. NONE of their staff, including RMs, ever answer calls (loan defaulter-like behaviour), the app doesn’t work. Their service has gone to dogs. Never happened before in past 20 yrs. Sad at such downfall. @AshwiniVaishnaw

The network survey confirmed a complete resolution of the problem can take a few months. Till then atleast MCA or VM is needed on a compensation basis but even these are being charged as premium service by @ViCustomerCare

.@ViCustomerCare what horrible service. My husband has been trying to get a billing issue sorted for more than 3 months now and no one has a clue. We have reached out to the appellate, customer care in Karnataka and Delhi. None of your executives know anything.
