@ViCustomerCare You did not provide any help. Today, I went to a Vi store at B.T.Road, Kolkata and once again provided copies of my AADHAAR card. Terrible customer service, should have never opted for Vi.

@ViCustomerCare denying a customer the provision to send sms even with a valid account balance. Forcing them to opt for 129Rs+ package for sending an emergency sms. wonderful! No wonder why people are leaving vi!

@ViCustomerCare hey vi.. why you are providing extra data. Because yours data packs data are not even working. Very poor service. I am very very disappointed with your service. Internet is gone after 10 to 11 pm on daily basis and this is not for me, but also of my whole family😖

@ViCustomerCare My mobile number got disabled since yesterday as I don't have any clue who can help me on this. Called customer care but no response. I am completely blocked as all OTP will come to that number. Do you want me to switch to @Airtel_Presence @JioCare
