    @ViCustomerCare Please take action urgently . 5G Network with 3 Bar but Internet with in 10kbps speed. Some time Network fully vanish . Even after Network serch not show any VI network.

    I feel Very Bad after 3 Days Past VI not take action after complaint that Network poor in Vapi ,Gujarat Area. They just pass the time by asking details nothing else. After received details just Silent. You should accept that Not able to restore the service @ViCustomerCare

    That's Not solution that i want from @ViCustomerCare , yesterday night retailer called me & told to take back my complain from @nch1915 & VI, But I want Unlimited Data instead 299 Plan, Vi Forcing Retailer & He Just Say Sorry To Me and Told he can't do anything @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare Every time I call customer care, I'm told, "It will be delivered today/tomorrow," or that my request has been escalated and that the delivery agent will call me. However, I have received no call, no delivery, and no update.

    @ViCustomerCare Network Booster is the only solution now anurag sir. Now let's wait how much time you take to fix this booster here. Your service engineer also did not get any network here.

    @AvmNews7 #Vodfoneidea @ViCustomerCare Where is this future Vodafoneidea customer care please respond Since the 5G network hasn't been fully rolled out anyway, they could at least introduce a feature like this, right?
