    @ViCustomerCare Your complaint dated 11-Mar-2021 08:45:59 PM with reference number C004-113734572600 is registered. We assure resolution by 12-Mar-2021 06:00:00 PM. again raised the rq on 18th still no resolution Today is 22nd March PATHETIC SERVICE

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Team, Kindly look into the SR reference number UPW-V00371523452. It was supposed to be resolved, but the issue is back to square 1. Took me 5 minutes to even load the Twitter handle. I am on the verge of loosing my patience with VI & switch to #Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare network detoirated in Guhagar(415703). Frequently network down and terrible 4G speed. 4G is not even close to 3G. Kindly do something.
