    @TRAI My @VodafoneIN network is down since the past one year ! Repeated complaints have met with the same answer - we have optimised your connection and there's nothing more we can do. Are they justified to charge me the full bill amount month after month in such a scenario ?

    Dear @ViCustomerCare why the hell I'm not getting OTPs on your network. Should i port to other good network to get it resolved? I'm very tired of this blockage of OTP/SMS. Unable to receive critical/important SMS. please look into it else i gonna port for sure

    @ViCustomerCare Worst services .... In every 2 hours sending unnecessary SMSs.... Idea is clear focus on money by sending regular sms irrespective of the due date..... It's time to switch 🔄
