    @ViCustomerCare I have ordered a new sim on your network on the 15th of July and it has been almost a week and Still I haven't gotten the sim Is this a joke ? I have been calling everyday only for them to tell, it will come in the evening and I'm still waiting for that evening

    @ViCustomerCare , I have raised complaints regarding your poor n/w connectivity In March 25 and since then a visit was done by Network team who agreed there is issue with N/W and Optimization for N/W need to be done then your exec called and said it can be samsung headset issue..

    Worst experience with @ViCustomerCare .. got an activated International roaming plan from India with such high rates for Europe. I was assured that It will work. But following up for 4 hrs. Having airport issues due to connectivity/ 3 cancelled taxies because of non availability
