    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Worst service. Our business stopped. They suddenly stopped our 4 numbers. When I go in Vi stores they r saying that u send email & customer care team will solve it. I sent many emails since many days but didn’t start numbers yet.

    Vi is the worst NETWORK provider. They randomly just turn off my net for a whole day anytime. It happened 10 times last month and 2 times this month. I can't even send a WhatsApp message. I have also file complain multiple times but they have no clue about it @ViCustomerCare

    Had a horrible experience with @ViCustomerCare, the executive registered wrong alternate number and ended up not receiving OTP. Currently unable to make any calls or receive any.

    @ViCustomerCare never going use vi again it's promise to my self first you say you can't message to anyone you've to verify your sim on vi store And your vi store is closed everyday. And you can't contact customer care on 198 How to port this Any solution?

    Hello @ViCustomerCare , please make sure that your customer care has to provide services in english also, since they your executives are speaking only in Hindi.

    @ViCustomerCare wrost network ever. Internet is like turtle. I advise all the indians don't recharge VI, because it is totally waste of money. Jio and airtel far better than VI.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare I'm just sick of your customer management issues. I would never recommend anyone to your network as your network has a pathetic service and when someone ports out, you charge them unethically to make money.
