    @ViCustomerCare You guys don’t even think what the other person is suffering from. My dad is stuck with no network in Scotland and you guys have no answer. It has been more than 2 days that there is no network in his cellphone. Utter rubbish service!!!

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer care just told me "we can't help" for a WRONG plan activation. Your app showed ₹199 = 1GB/day + 2GB/28days. I paid for it. You activated different plan. It's YOUR VI App mistake, so why do I have to bear the loss? Why is customer paying for Vi's

    @ViCustomerCare No reply to my DM or complaint. Your executive cancelled my port request without my consent after I confirmed I wanted to port to @JioCare. Resolve this today or I'll escalate to @TRAI and the Consumer Commission. #Vi #MNP

    Jio to Jio - Normal call Jio to Airtel - Normal call Jio to Vi User - Spam call And vice-versa!! 20+ years old number, showing spam in @ViCustomerCare network, and they have no solution for this. What a pathetic response getting from #Vi Customer care.
