@VodafoneIN @Idea We barely get network at this location (Village Bhana). Whats the use of using sim and waste our recharge.. Calls issue, Net connection issue, Network connection issue.. when will it get solved

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN_News just tell me directly if you don't have ability to resolve the issue. And Do not dare calling me for troubleshooting. I am not waiting till 17th. Resolution by 6pm today. Or refund my last 2 recharges which asked me to do.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Vi India, The Vi internet connectivity has stopped loading a specific website(s) particularly from Nov 11, 2021. Who can technically help here ? Its not a DNS issue which I have verified.

@DoT_India Please do address my concern. They want me to buy upgrade my handset just because Vi can't provide VoLTE. I can access VoLTE using Jio sim card. @ViCustomerCare must comply with service rather then asking me to buy a new handset

@ViCustomerCare I’ve switched from your horrible network 2 months ago, only after paying all my dues obviously. I’m still getting messages and calls from you asking me to make random payments for which there are no reasons. Wtf are you upto with this harassment
