    @ViCustomerCare Such a pathetic and useless support. 1) Not able to call the store 2) Not able to raise a complaint 3) Not able to deliver sim on time. 4) Keeps saying I need to wait 72 hours just to take a complaint. Totally unhelpful puppets. Why social media team exists?

    @ViCustomerCare always very delay service notwithstanding to commitment given. I can’t port now as I have only 2 days including today to expiry of validity. Porting takes 4 days to get active how can I manage 2 days without phone service.
