  @ViCustomerCare It's about network issue. Even after complaint your executive says sorry there is network issue in my area for years but you won't resolve it. Also you close ticket mentioning you have resolved the issue. That's what is surprising behaviour. Plz resolve network issue

  Dear @ViCustomerCare I hv usd your services for quite a long time but Network issue has been a problem on multiple instances. But now its high time. 10 days, NO 4G , Call Dropping, No resolution despite Complaints, even after visiting your store. Can you do something?

  @ViCustomerCare I ask every customers visiting this post to port out from Vi. Vi has refused to install a tower in my location and provide 4g network. Vi appellate themselves claimed that the company will not survive in the near future. Therefore please port out in advance.

  @ViCustomerCare I am using same number and number is active. You can reach to me. Submitted request last week and you are suggesting to visit the store again. Very poor service from brand like Vi.@VodafoneIdeaIN
