    @VodafoneIN @Idea We barely get network at this location (Village Bhana). Whats the use of using sim and waste our recharge.. Calls issue, Net connection issue, Network connection issue.. when will it get solved

    @ViCustomerCare I faced challenge with soft sim of Vi, it either works on GSM or LTE/5G. When you get phone call hotspot doesn’t work. Not sure whether this issue is resolved now?

    @Subramanyam1211 @ViCustomerCare Well, for starters, The Royal British empire (where the Sun never sets, pun intended 😜) also thought of us as “Benighted heathen” to be of no comparison, so relax and take a chill pill! What goes around, comes around, especially in a “Free capital market” like ours! Let’s give Vi a chance to prove their mettle especially after they have come out of useless “REGULATORY” shackles, right?

    @ViCustomerCare Shortly means in how much time ? As per your app it was expected to get statement within 30 min. Are you deceiving customers with wrong commitments.On customer care, I heard that you are installing more than 100 towers per hours. Can you share evidences @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare While I have a 739 recharge on, unlimited data and it is ending on 7th June, why I am being told on customer service that I have 1 gb/day and your app is showing data limit reached ? And there's no customer representative on 198, pathetic service.
