    @ViCustomerCare I am currently in International Roaming. I am trying to get in touch with your customer care at 9844012345, but after the IVR input, when it tries to connect to an agent, it says invalid number. What the hell is wrong? I will get a huge charge for this too.

    @ViCustomerCare If you keep on doing things like this. You can expect your long term customer like me to leave you. Do you want to reverse the charges for my account and retain me as a customer or do you prefer to be stupid and ignore this email? Choice is yours.

    @ViCustomerCare you have wrongly charged 7000rs instead of 3000 for international roaming charges and even blocked my phone calls. Such a poor service to your 10 years reliable customer. Till today still charging me a fake bills. Kindly look into the matter. @DoT_India
