    @ViCustomerCare Its been 4 days & my sim exch. issue is not resolved until now. Today a new thing was told by a Vi store representative that sim exch. Is failing becoz call frwrd. is activated on the number. My conn. is deactivated,I regret for requesting sim exch. process.

    Day after day #VodafoneIdea service is going to pathetic levels ! If my parents pre-paid needs to be recharged, I hv to call fm that num & not my num since its prepaid. If prepaid limit is exhausted, I have to use #Airtel to call @ViCustomerCare . Strange ! #CustomerExperience

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Customer Care Team, I had ported my number 7 days ago to Vi, it's services are now stopped with reason "Address Verification Failed". The verification happened. The person came and everything was "Ok Sir". Now no solution. No service. 😡

    @ViCustomerCare VI is abruptly increasing its postpaid rentals and reducing benefits abruptly as well. My 199 rental is going to be 299 where as my data quota will be reduced from 50gb to 20gb. I am a corporate customer. Who will stay with VI
