    @VodafoneIN one of the worst experience by Vodafone store. I was planning to opt new Vodafone postpaid connection @vodafonered @VodafoneIN but store person directly refuse to handle the query without token. If your token machine doesn’t work and touch screen doesn’t work.

And calls are also dropping.your custom care unable to help. But you're proud of having 421 million users, first fix your network then talk about these. Shame on you jio.

    Worst service @ViCustomerCare , My number is not working for a week, and the team did not see the issue (DEL-V00828657822) till now. They gave an estimated time to resolve the issue by 17th Feb, and after that, they are saying my location is not covered adequately... [1/2]

    @ViCustomerCare I switched from Vi to Airtel recently my number is 9711736663.. but I hv paid my last bill amount of 809 twice, let me know if the additional amount will be get reverted or I will hv to raise a consumer complaint?

    @reliancejio @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare I recharged with Rs 999 plan bt speed is very slow already lodged a complaint also engineer said our router is 1band so change it to new one so that i will get speed.I asked for router change on 7 feb but till date I didn't get new router my SR 000018q48m.

    @ViCustomerCare There is nothing to check its Repeatedly sayin the expected time of resolution is 17th feb which about get over in almost 1 hour. Really sad and frustrating.
