    @VodafoneIN Logo cant change your network problem pls first work on network my first sim is vodafone second sim is Airtel but your network most of the time out of area but @airtelindia always work for me in emergency time additionaly i hv to take airtl sim bcs for yr poor ntwrk.

    @VodafoneIN very disappointed with the service. Unable to make calls from last 4 days. No one is telling exact details of non working on my number 9988895279. Customer support is making fool in the name of upgradation.

    Pathetic mobile coverage DHAKOLI ( Green Valley Apartments 140603 ) ever since idea BTS took over Vodafone. Miles away from 4G, customers being charged when only one bar signal strength @Idea @VodafoneIN. Requesting help @rsprasad

    @AnchalArora4 @VodafoneIN Pooja called from social media desk but i did nt feel she is willing to help.Moreover bluntly said..kijiye twitter par raise ..like they dont borthered with customer concern.what kind of people are sitting there to handle high such imp escalation. Poor service vodafone

    @VodafoneIN one of the worst experience by Vodafone store. I was planning to opt new Vodafone postpaid connection @vodafonered @VodafoneIN but store person directly refuse to handle the query without token. If your token machine doesn’t work and touch screen doesn’t work.

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing an issue with Unlimited 5G on my Vi number. My phone shows a 5G connection, but my daily data quota is still being deducted. Once the daily quota is exhausted, internet services stop working completely. Kindly investigate and resolve.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial more than 3 months later the problem remains unresolved. Your executives accept the billing is incorrect, but claim your billing team insists it’s correct. I am asking for an explanation of the bill, but no one can offer any. Is this how it works?
