@VodafoneIN one of the worst experience by Vodafone store. I was planning to opt new Vodafone postpaid connection @vodafonered @VodafoneIN but store person directly refuse to handle the query without token. If your token machine doesn’t work and touch screen doesn’t work.

Hey @ViCustomerCare, why do I have to listen to cyber fraud message everytime? Why can't I just press a number and get away with it (Airtel/Jio already do this). Sometimes, its an emergency and still I have to listen to this stupid message everytime before call starts connecting.

@ViCustomerCare Vi has become a local company. It has been over 10 days, and they still haven't fixed the 'no signal' problem. Their customer service has been extremely disappointing.
