    Pathetic mobile coverage DHAKOLI ( Green Valley Apartments 140603 ) ever since idea BTS took over Vodafone. Miles away from 4G, customers being charged when only one bar signal strength @Idea @VodafoneIN. Requesting help @rsprasad

    @VodafoneIN one of the worst experience by Vodafone store. I was planning to opt new Vodafone postpaid connection @vodafonered @VodafoneIN but store person directly refuse to handle the query without token. If your token machine doesn’t work and touch screen doesn’t work.

    @VodafoneIN very disappointed with the service. Unable to make calls from last 4 days. No one is telling exact details of non working on my number 9988895279. Customer support is making fool in the name of upgradation.

    @ViCustomerCare 06/11/2021 network unavailable 7 hours 10/11/2021 network available 5 hours And now network unavailable 2 hours and continue no network.. Woww what a 3rd class company.. This company needs a MEDAL🏅 for most 3rd class company.
