    @VodafoneIN very disappointed with the service. Unable to make calls from last 4 days. No one is telling exact details of non working on my number 9988895279. Customer support is making fool in the name of upgradation.

    @VodafoneIN one of the worst experience by Vodafone store. I was planning to opt new Vodafone postpaid connection @vodafonered @VodafoneIN but store person directly refuse to handle the query without token. If your token machine doesn’t work and touch screen doesn’t work.

    @ViCustomerCare Last recharged worth Rs155 for 28 days on 27.5.25. So its valid till 24.6.25(also as shown on gpay screen).However,service is terminated stating pack expired on 15.6.25 and all services are denied, not even chatbot support. what's happening?

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI have not experienced such a bad service in any telecom company in any part of the world such as VI. Just a small postpaid to prepaid migration VI store and Customer care made it a circus for customer. Shame on you @ViCustomerCare @TRAI kindly assist

    Filed a network complaint, got the response from the airtel team but the issue hasn't been resolved yet. The worst network connection and call is breaking every time and even the search engine isn't connecting.@airtelindia @airtelnews Looking to port to @ViCustomerCare .
