    Wrote an email on 19 Sep i.e. Sunday & received an email & call stating that kindly send snapshots of the issue, which were shared promptly. On 20 Sep i.e. Monday received call from @ViCustomerCare informing that: technical issue & will be resolved but no defined timeline. (2/n)

    @ViCustomerCare revert As we have already deactivated the VAS service of amazon prime subscription from our end on date 18 Sep. So, there is no charges will be add on your number . So, I request you kindly coordinate with amazon customer care for remove this information.

    @KapoorJo @VodafoneIN We faced a similar situation from Vodafone. My husband called them from US and got it rectified. They had not explained clearly that Sim management is required to be done. Sim toolkit is required to set your simcard on international roaming. Serious lapse in service.

    My @VodafoneIN Number is Not Working From Last 2 Days! its Mumbai Circle Sim Card! i Went To @VodafoneIN Chandigarh SCF-2, Sec- 27D Store And They Said You Can Not Take The New Sim Card From Here B’coz Your Mumbai Circle’s Customer! Vodafone Sucks Again 😡😡😡

    In the era where a new number gets activated in 5 mins, i had a different experience with @VodafoneIN where a number obtained at 4PM on 19th is still not activated. Poor service at #Sector27 Store and care team has no info on the number. Should have chosen a different telecom.

    @ViCustomerCare as per yesterday comm. my problem was not solved, being 14yrs customer,u r teaching me to recharge,and *** to recharge.previous recharge remaining data 5gb didn't clubbed with this month2gb, i lost 5gb, it's ok if u don't solve.people are leaving vi, chor company

    @ViCustomerCare Useless customer service When a issue is reported they give ****** reasons as to why it's so They say will share troubleshooting steps but don't They don't attempt a phone call and respond via email stating you said no issue Cheap to the core for so many years.

    @ViCustomerCare now you will pay for your mistakes, just wait. You don't know who am I? Mistakes happens say sorry be humble to customer but doing mistake and creating fooling agenda out of customer is a crime. You will pay for it 72 hrs deadline for u.Then no calls only action

    @ViCustomerCare customer care executive is saying that right now there is no facility of getting a new sim delivered to your location if ordered online and while I was checking availability it shows that your location is serviceable. ****** up service.
