They had not explained clearly that Sim management is required to be done. Sim toolkit is required to set your simcard on international roaming. Serious lapse in service.

We made several trips to T mobile stores who the customer care people informed us, were their US partners. Nothing worked. Then he wrote emails and managed to catch the attention of a manager who explained over WhatsApp.

Poor service at #Sector27 Store and care team has no info on the number. Should have chosen a different telecom.
