Instead of rectifying their internal glitch @VodafoneIN have yet another time #barred my service. My ECS mandate for processing of their bill is still active as confirmed by my bank. Surprised to receive a call from @Idea, though without a solution & @VodafoneIN are all deaf ears

They wouldn't give a new SIM and forced my mother to switch to postpaid because it's their new policy. How disgusting. Will be filing a complaint with consumer court.
