    Having valid vodafone prepaid plan till 15th June. My outgoing services suddenly stops today morning. Also balance shows negative Rs -98.98. No helpline number working. Please help @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup

    Instead of rectifying their internal glitch @VodafoneIN have yet another time #barred my service. My ECS mandate for processing of their bill is still active as confirmed by my bank. Surprised to receive a call from @Idea, though without a solution & @VodafoneIN are all deaf ears

    @ViCustomerCare I have a prepaid card and have a balance of 1.2gb left yet not able to browse anything. Other end able to see 4g and 1.kb/s speed on the screen of my mobile. I did restarted the phone but the issue is the same.

    Why is it that when we raise a grievance to the Nodal Officer of @ViCustomerCare the call back comes from a Competitor's Customer Service number and 'Engineer' on the ground writes a false report as 'No Issue' found in 4.5 minutes of visit with zero technical investigation?
