It ruin all the fun while watching webseries. Please resolve this issue asap

They had not explained clearly that Sim management is required to be done. Sim toolkit is required to set your simcard on international roaming. Serious lapse in service.

Due to this sudden crisis, we couldn't pay the 2 months' bill and are facing severe financial distress. Customer service is threatening to disconnect all numbers. Please help us temporarily freeze outgoing charges and clear dues without disconnecting our lines.
