It keeps toggling from 4G 4 bars to 2 bars to H+ and losing data connectivity. Irony is it was working smoothly for last 1 year. You spoiled it. Generated UPC code today to port out.

They had not explained clearly that Sim management is required to be done. Sim toolkit is required to set your simcard on international roaming. Serious lapse in service.

We made several trips to T mobile stores who the customer care people informed us, were their US partners. Nothing worked.
