    @VodafoneIN From 2-3 of days Idea 4G VoLTE network fluctuating at PSB Cooperative Society, Sector 79, Mohali, Punjab. After evening, it becomes 2 bar from 4 bars and stop working. Can this be checked on priority. Tried calling 198, no on picks.

    @VodafoneIN Shocked to observe unethical practice of Vodafone Outlet which is practicing wrong commitment by selling outdated plans in this era of unlimited plans nationwide. There are many more unethical practices going in derabassi Punjab outlet. Can TRAI help innocent customer

    @KapoorJo @VodafoneIN We faced a similar situation from Vodafone. My husband called them from US and got it rectified. They had not explained clearly that Sim management is required to be done. Sim toolkit is required to set your simcard on international roaming. Serious lapse in service.

    In a single day, there have been over 50 times when network disappeared and data appeared after wait of over 3-4 mins. Kasam se, have never been pissed off this much in life and the reason is @VodafoneIN. Now I feel @Idea waa better, though same company by my connection migrated.

    @ViCustomerCare Again I lost network again and again why this problem happened, I recharged for 2months unlimited but the network strength and signal is very poor. The speed of network is like 2G why this problem occurred again and again. Please correct it as soon as possible

    @ViCustomerCare What I still don’t understand is: If my number hd active validity and KYC ws already linked to my Aadhaar, y ws it stopped in the first place? And if verification was needed, why is reactivating an existing customer’s number made so difficult?

    @ViCustomerCare As per your request I had visited VI mini store katenanivali kalyan east they also has not issued me sim replacement with the help of voter card, DL and passport. Please solve the problem or else I will approach the consumer court for redressal.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI, Please fix the problem in my area. I get only 1 bar of network due to poor network condition. Place a new tower or fix the existing tower so that your users get better connectivity. Location:- KNOWLEDGE PARK 2, GREATER NOIDA.

    @ViCustomerCare How unprofessional, my complaint is closed without any proper resolution stating that it was just a temporary glitch, while still im facing the same problem, I have all the call recordings and proofs of the issue which is still persists. It's better to port of this pain.
