    @ViCustomerCare Unable to use internet while calling and enable the VoLte asap. I called customer care they said my smartphone does not support VoLte but it is working fine with jio. Please solve this issue.

    @ViCustomerCare internet work at high speed for 40-50 seconds then suddenly speed drop to 10-20kbps & after 15-20 seconds speed restore to normal and this cycles go on. It ruin all the fun while watching webseries. Please resolve this issue asap

    @ViCustomerCare Biggest fraud is by vodafone on putting data plans with normal plans, I assumed that the plan will be valid for 28 days and you are charging 502 for that but what I get is just data which I don't use on your pathetic network

    @ViCustomerCare revert As we have already deactivated the VAS service of amazon prime subscription from our end on date 18 Sep. So, there is no charges will be add on your number . So, I request you kindly coordinate with amazon customer care for remove this information.

    On one of my number/ email id linked to @amazonIN raised subscription issue on 17 Sep i.e. Friday to @ViCustomerCare Chat Bot then was transferres to human interaction on chat & was informed that on 18 Sep i.e. Saturday issue will get resolved, but it didn't. (1/n) @VodaIdea_NEWS

    Wrote an email on 19 Sep i.e. Sunday & received an email & call stating that kindly send snapshots of the issue, which were shared promptly. On 20 Sep i.e. Monday received call from @ViCustomerCare informing that: technical issue & will be resolved but no defined timeline. (2/n)

    They have not bothered to revert thereafter for the service request number is 3-109107836377. @amazonIN app states that contact @ViCustomerCare for the issue & they say we are working on it. Wonder what is required to for them to resolve the concern. (4/n) #RavinderTakkar

    @ViCustomerCare Very poor internet speed even on top on 2nd floor as well. Wow what a service I have raised complaints many times as well but no improvement still i found. In that resolution also i have change my old SIM to new VI latest SIM as wel but as it is no improvement yet

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoIndia @VodafoneGroup I have offered that price by ur store staff saying that I am one of the oldest customer. before making that offers she made a call to somebody who was her senior to get the approvals, after that she offered me that price for family pack.

    @ViCustomerCare smart way of reducing losses is by activating customer's callertunes facility & charging them heavily without their consent/knowledge. It's been happening with me since 3 months. People have been laughing at me for the selection of songs.. Maybe it's time to port.

    @reliancejio @JioCare what the hell is going on here in my location. No network connectivity is here. Thanks to @ViCustomerCare they are here.. I have recharged with 1 year pack now I thought I made a mistake😡
