    @VodafoneIN From 2-3 of days Idea 4G VoLTE network fluctuating at PSB Cooperative Society, Sector 79, Mohali, Punjab. After evening, it becomes 2 bar from 4 bars and stop working. Can this be checked on priority. Tried calling 198, no on picks.

    @VodafoneIN shame that after raising multiple times no one bothers to fix idea network issue. It keeps toggling from 4G 4 bars to 2 bars to H+ and losing data connectivity. Irony is it was working smoothly for last 1 year. You spoiled it. Generated UPC code today to port out.

    @KapoorJo @VodafoneIN We faced a similar situation from Vodafone. My husband called them from US and got it rectified. They had not explained clearly that Sim management is required to be done. Sim toolkit is required to set your simcard on international roaming. Serious lapse in service.

    @KapoorJo @VodafoneIN @RakeshSinghSis9 had numerous arguments with cust care. We made several trips to T mobile stores who the customer care people informed us, were their US partners. Nothing worked. Then he wrote emails and managed to catch the attention of a manager who explained over WhatsApp.

    Appalled by the ridiculously poor service and network provided by @ViCustomerCare . You want to raise a complaint, which requires an OTP, guess what? Network so poor, the OTP never comes. You raise a complaint, the guy can't call as the sim is permanently out of coverage.

    @ViCustomerCare this problem may due to improper working of your volte connection.If I switch on wifi also your volte is turning off. What an issue network is urs? From day 1 of recharge I discovered many problems. Your network is not reliable. 👎 For ur N/W

    @ViCustomerCare This is not a solution I think you have not understood my concern, I am not getting 4G speed, most of time VOLTE not available, many times it shows 2G network & m not Able to even use whatsapp, please provide me with the solution or I have to switch the network.

    @ViCustomerCare I can't understand it that why can't you follow what you discuss on a call. This is my nth msg on this issue. Each and everytime my plan is being changed and difficult plan is being started (refer your inbox). What is the issue?

    @ViCustomerCare Latest resolution for my complaint for slow 4G internet (equivalent to 2G) is "too many users in area". We are now paying telecom companies for such resolutions from customer care. Complaint closed without any resolution confirmation. 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare daily my data is wasting you are taking complaint after 3days it is showing as resolved but still same problem occuring.Your network is not suitable for 4g volte services it is best suitable for 2g or 3g.
