    In the era where a new number gets activated in 5 mins, i had a different experience with @VodafoneIN where a number obtained at 4PM on 19th is still not activated. Poor service at #Sector27 Store and care team has no info on the number. Should have chosen a different telecom.

    I also try your whatsapp customer service but still not get any solution. I try your airplane mode,clear cache,apn settings,all things you mention for solution of slow internet but nothing worked it takes me 5 min to tweet this also because of slow internet @vicustomercare

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for replying finally. Got ur DM. So what's the use of advance technology, superior network, gigabyte network when end user can't use that and forced to use only 4G/2G. When ever calling/receiving call, signal goes to 2G mode.

    From yesterday I have slow internet issue I try to contact many times in customer care but it didn't connect it's always say busy.I also register complain using vi app but still after 24 hrs I didn't get any reply @ViCustomerCare @vicompany

    . @ViCustomerCare is the worst service provider I've ever seen. They looted my money. I will port my Vodafone number to airtel and tell everyone to do so, my friend owns a mobile shop now he'll tell his customers to port their vi number. They ate my 1.5 × 56 = 84gb.
