I've never faced any issues with @VodafoneIN but I don't know why it is becoming the worst network in terms of customer service. I've got my sim card replaced around 20 days ago but the sim card is not active and all my payments have been blocked coz of that. Need assistance plus

Tired with @JioCare @reliancejio just 1 bar at home network from last 5 months I have complained 50 times they saying installing new tower but nothing just fake commitment to your customer, need to change now welcome @VodafoneIN @BSNLCorporate .

@priyankasambhav @VodafoneIN Government is collecting the hefty spectrum fees from the telecom service providers and leaving them to faceresitance/terrerorism of local bodies On ground. Both state & Central Govt are equally responsible for coverage and call drop issue.

@VodafoneIN I complained many times but not satisfied with your service. I have to use another number for internet because sometime Vodafone speed is too slow for browsing. Please look into it. I'm paying 480 monthly from last six month. From the day one It's slow.

@VodafoneIN from last 1year service level reached to the worst. I left Vodafone due overcharging from postpaid. I joined again after 2 years, again this happen and switch to prepaid,now your app is putting us in debits by now showing nesesary details,it's pathetic.I quite forever

@VodafoneIN A month ago even my father faced the same issue and told me to switch the network but I had a trust on @VodafoneIN and never did that I use it since 8years and never seen such pathetic customer service issue. When I can be such loyal customer to you I expect the same from you.

to pay this amount. Just give one reason why I should pay this amount. I am using wifi for data services in office even at home. For calling using @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN provided by my company. I am waiting for resolution and paid my bill every month. Now I will not!!!

@priyankasambhav @VodafoneIN Priyanka ji, It's unfair to held TSP as sole responsible for this issue. TSPs are not getting permission to install cell sites in VVIP areas.. Misleading campaign of print media about radiation Due to cell sites makes the job of TSPs very difficult.

I waited for a few hours but nothing happened and then from my friends phone I called my family in India to help me call @ViCustomerCare so that they can help activate my number. However they spoke for 2 hours but of no help. Waste of time!!!!!

@ViCustomerCare Fix the 10kbps internet asap. I have 2.7gb remaining for the day but still getting 10kbps speed on my 4Gvolte network. When the hell are you guys doing to fix your below par service? I am running into a problem every 2 week or so. Shame!

Have had the worst 5 hours experience with Vodafone India #vodafoneidea I am traveling to Dubai and on the Vi app applied for International Roaming to be activated, however for some reason it didn’t get activated at the time it was to be activated. @ViCustomerCare
