    So finally @VodafoneIN denied to resolve my issue. They said they can not do anything..never expected this. They never care for the customers..I feel ashamed why I was with @VodafoneIN for so many years. #VodafoneFraud

    Tired with @JioCare @reliancejio just 1 bar at home network from last 5 months I have complained 50 times they saying installing new tower but nothing just fake commitment to your customer, need to change now welcome @VodafoneIN @BSNLCorporate .

    @VodafoneIN worst network I am using vodafone postpaid from 6 month but still not satisfied with the service. I took it for Internet purpose. Today I'm having 200GB data in my account. I'm not getting speed which I expected. The max speed which i get is 350kbps. @TRAI help me.

    @JioCare Am already ported out on @JioCare. And problem started after that only. @VodafoneIN is not refunding my amount.

    @VodafoneIN Nobody is helping to retrieve my SIM, vodafone store people asking to talk to customer care, they will send the SIM directly, and CC is asking to visit vodafone store, why irritating, SIM was blocked on my request as my father met with accident and phone lost...

    @VodafoneIN A month ago even my father faced the same issue and told me to switch the network but I had a trust on @VodafoneIN and never did that I use it since 8years and never seen such pathetic customer service issue. When I can be such loyal customer to you I expect the same from you.

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone services flatter to decieve, since service was good last 15 days did not renew jio, since last 2 days again the speed has gone down, PL do check & give permanent solution, being a loyal customer can expect the same.

    @VodafoneIN Just received a call from @VodafoneIN team and I was ensured that the services will be resumed in 30minutes. I hope for a better response this as I was never disappointed by the services but this time it was something really annoying.

    @priyankasambhav @VodafoneIN Priyanka ji, It's unfair to held TSP as sole responsible for this issue. TSPs are not getting permission to install cell sites in VVIP areas.. Misleading campaign of print media about radiation Due to cell sites makes the job of TSPs very difficult.

    I've never faced any issues with @VodafoneIN but I don't know why it is becoming the worst network in terms of customer service. I've got my sim card replaced around 20 days ago but the sim card is not active and all my payments have been blocked coz of that. Need assistance plus

    @priyankasambhav @VodafoneIN Government is collecting the hefty spectrum fees from the telecom service providers and leaving them to faceresitance/terrerorism of local bodies On ground. Both state & Central Govt are equally responsible for coverage and call drop issue.

    @VodafoneIN I complained many times but not satisfied with your service. I have to use another number for internet because sometime Vodafone speed is too slow for browsing. Please look into it. I'm paying 480 monthly from last six month. From the day one It's slow.

    @ViCustomerCare - I have raised an issue and it’s ongoing. Can you guys escalate it and resolve it at the earliest? Why do you force me to pay hefty monthly rental charges for no usages? I just wanted to keep my number in safe custody.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare In Mahagama (Godda, Jharkhand) the Vi network is not working. My mobile shows “No Signal / No Service”, so calls and internet are not working. Please check the issue and resolve it as soon as possible #ViNetwork #NetworkIssue

    @ViCustomerCare Very poor experience with the (Vi) ntwkand app. Even opening the app takes multiple attempts and shows errors, but the monthly fee is deducted on time every month. Please fix the ntwk and app issues urgently, otherwise customers will be switch to other providers.

    @ViCustomerCare I have done credit card payment using vi app. The transaction was not scusseful but the amount debited. It been more than 12 days the refund has not been done. Worst part there is no way to raise a issue as the transaction was done on 27th feb - 1972.94 rupees

    @ViCustomerCare What to check in DM? You said same thing in DM too that you are not able to resolve the issue. Which silently means you failed to deliver services in area where once you were "only" player. Jio works fair, Airtel works good but Vi works very poor.
