@ViCustomerCare My grandmother broke her simcard. Now to replace she has to visit the store. She is 80+. You guys should have home service for such cases. Disappointed.

Hey @ViCustomerCare since last 2-3 days my internet speed is very slow even sometimes network come to 2G.Before that my internet is running fastly 4-5mb/s now it doesn't reach 1 mb/s.Please fix your network ASAP.

@ViCustomerCare Guys don't take vi sim its totally unprofessional and fruad company. I have use vi sim there service is too bad. I suggest use jio or airtel far better than vi
