    @ViCustomerCare Recently ported my 5 numbers from Jio to VI postpaid. I am in Pune and the network is very bad, unable to talk properly, not easy to connect with C Care, I was expecting good service than Jio but it's more worst. 100 towers is only advertising.

    @ViCustomerCare shameless thieves. You instantly pocketed my recharge money after 6 months but gave me a DEAD network. No signal at all. Forcing customers to physically visit a store for your backend incompetence is a literal scam. Absolute trash tier telecom. #ViIndia

    @ViCustomerCare Shortly means in how much time ? As per your app it was expected to get statement within 30 min. Are you deceiving customers with wrong commitments.On customer care, I heard that you are installing more than 100 towers per hours. Can you share evidences @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    From pas few days while making an outgoing call my network goes down , nill automatically after dialing a number and I'm not even receiving any call , whenever anyone tries to call me my network goes automatically down @ViCustomerCare
