    @ViCustomerCare “we are reviewing the concern.” Either resolve the issue with a proper written explanation and reverse the disputed charge, or clearly tell me that Vi is refusing to resolve it.

    Is vi network not working in bihar sharif pincode 803101 or it's sim issue? From yesterday I m not getting proper tower it's coming and going and after aeroplane mode it comes but again goes away can u check and confirm? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare My actual Vi number is: +91 7041******* @ViCustomerCare Please check whether the recharge can be reversed/refunded and let me know the available options under Vi's policy. I request you to please treat this as an urgent customer-support request.
