Clive Pereira (@clivepereira98) reported@ViCustomerCare Kindly fix the 4g network it was working so smoothly y'all have messed up the 4g network after launching 5g. For 5g I have to literally be outside. At the moment I'm not even getting 1 mbps on 4g. Kindly check on it for Virar region.

MY no 9924296156 stopped due to non use 7 April 2026 .I recharged for 169 Rs Deta pack 3 month validity 8 GB on 11/4/2026.Now Vi says that it will strst only after other recharged of 199 Rs.! My 169 rs goes in drain.
