    @ViBusinessIndia Dear @ViCustomerCare, despite repeated follow-ups, I'm still being billed incorrectly for international roaming that was activated only to receive OTPs. Correct the bill immediately or I'll escalate this to consumer and telecom regulators for harassment and deficient service.

    @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

    @ViCustomerCare How many more complaint numbers do I need before you actually fix the problem? Since 22 June 2026, all I have received are excuses and new waiting dates My recharge is being wasted while the network remains unusable. Stop delaying and resolve the issue immediately
