    @ViCustomerCare I requested port of my jio number to VI after completing all the steps when my current sim displays no network I inserted new VI sim but still no network is displaying with new VI too why ??

    @ViCustomerCare For what?? To say your network don’t have anything at present and don’t have any timeline to provide service to customers…!!!! Trusting you is total waste, if you can’t provide good 4G then , what we can expect 5G from you.

    @DoT_India thanks for your quick response . They have charged Rs 2500/- for this and waived 800 , I still fail to understand how can 500 international sms be made in 15 seconds by a normal user ? There must be some foul play @ViCustomerCare @trai

    @ViCustomerCare complain number - 115782862010 My bat spoke to Shivam Saxena Floor Manager at your customer care. But no correct information has been given by them and no money has been refunded.
