@TRAI Sir/ Ma'am, vodafoneidea @ViCustomerCare still not letting us send port message to switch service provider. You passed the instruction to let customers send port message without 179+ recharge but still we couldn't send message to 1900. Kindly take action as soon as possible

Dear @ViCustomerCare, need your support in reactivating my sim card Yesterday I went to #ViStore they replaced the SIM, and said after 30 minutes it will be activated, its been more than 20 hours, Both the sim doesn't work now. Pls note: The number already shared via DM.
