  @ViCustomerCare @abplive I think this co. is joking to customers. If your sim get damaged or not working. You don’t have any options to contact customer support. Only waste your time by chatboats of Vi. Shame on you Vi. Once my sim get replace I’ll never use your service again.

  @ViCustomerCare ur VI app is too slow. I thought to recharge two nos. 4m VI app which took me 5 min thn to other UPI apps which tks 20 sec max. Only reason I thought to use VI APP as they don’t charge any service cost for recharges thn to other UPI . #poorservice #bugs

  @ViCustomerCare I did Data pack (298₹) recharge instead of Calling pack(299₹) recharge mistakenly. Need help in changing plan to calling plan. Called your customer care . Even though they were polite but couldn't help me out.

  A bad experience with @reliancejio I (along with my 3 family contacts) recently ported out from @ViCustomerCare & ported in to @reliancejio Now Jio is not able to give me internet data, and no one from jio knows why they cannot give? Strange! Feeling annoyed!
