I have recharged for plan 699 between 3 pm to 4 pm and I haven't received data for this plan till now. It's 7 pm now. I spoke to customer care several times no one is resolving my issue. I would say Vodafone customers care is the worst customer care. @ViCustomerCare

@mettleUnbeaten @ViCustomerCare I have ported my Dad's number out to Airtel as well. I suggest not supporting Vi so they shut down in India. Full of scam and fake promises.

@mettleUnbeaten @ViCustomerCare Their agent tricked me into joining VI with false tariff plans. I have already ported one number out to Airtel. Another one will go to Jio soon. Vodafone service and respect for customers have degraded since the Vodafone Idea merge. Their field agents lie to get you to join Vi.
