    @ViCustomerCare VI Team, I have recently ported my SIM from JIO to VI. However, your agent Mr. Naushad sitting in Laxminagar Delhi has not processed or credited my first recharge. Due to this issue, I am currently unable to make calls, which is causing significant inconvenience

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial Paid ₹398 for online port to Vi 2 days ago. No SIM delivered, no update. Now they say visit the store. Terrible experience. Jio would’ve completed KYC the same day. 9457757780
