  @ViCustomerCare It's been almost 10 months but network problem is not solved yet, pathetic service by you. When last year ipl was hosted i was getting very low internet speed like (10-50 kbps) rarely sometimes it goes to (500 kbps),when i called customer care they said that it(1)

  @ViCustomerCare Having voice and call drop related issues. I have also registered complaints but didn't get any satisfactory response. Please add SAMSUNG M31 into your VoLTE supported phones atleast I can use wifi calling whereever available. Kindly resolve at earliest.

  @ViCustomerCare I'm not able to do varification after porting my no into vi, i'm providing valid last 4 digits of my given id proof, but still saying it's not matching, please help.
