    @ViCustomerCare Sorry but you guys are of no help. I'm your customer since 1999(then Essar ->hutch -> vodafone ), I logged so many cases and ultimately you guys just open and close the case after few weeks. nice practice! I also forget to follow up and same way its going on for past many year
