@ViCustomerCare Now I think this is my last tweet for VI group how can VI group really give such a useless service? When you complain to them,then they do the service right, but after a while the same nonsense service starts again.There is no data work in my phone since yesterday

@ViCustomerCare Never mind I struggled and found out to how to activate my sim card after porting. You need to do better in documenting processes. Happy to share my experience one on one to help you folks.

@ViCustomerCare I went to gallery to pay the amount, he said that I should come tomorrow, since he doesn't know how to take payment for inactive no.!! Seriously!!! 1st I get bill inspite of paying final amt, then this!!! Network n service both r pathetic!!!!
