    @ViCustomerCare Responded to multiple Vi personal calls and clearly communicated the voice call concerns, time of concerns, available time at home but nobody seems from vodafone to listen the customer voice and keep making their own statement and conclusion. Solution has not yet arrived

    @ViCustomerCare I was never faced such issue in Vodafone network. Past 10 days there is no proper network support in our location. More number of complaints are registered there is no use.. u know one thing don't loose the valuable customer 😡😡😡 pin code 603202..

    @VodafoneIN I really fedup with your guys, because no unity in the advice. Different peoples under the same roof are giving diffrnt openions on the same complaint. The worst experience i ever had... Complaint number : 401153546

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Vi team is continuously failed to deliver the committed services of voice call concerns, call drop and poor data speed. Raising above concerns since 2020 but didn't received positive respons. #takkar

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Hello , Vodafone - the the World largest Network 😁 i must say that the kind of network you have and services you providing is too worst . Signal manipulation is pretty high though . Everytime i go anywhere connectivity is very bad.

    @VodafoneIN I contacted vodafone customer care executive she told that, i cant able to use the prime becase it is possible to reactivate again. Iam a user of red plan for the last 3+ years and using the same number more than 4 + years in kerala circle

    @VodafoneIN the worst worst support from customer care regarding the amazone prime video subscription activation with my red plan... The worst network ever used.

    @VodafoneIN #HappyToHelp I have reached on this issue to customer care they are not willing to raise a complaint behalf of me and instead they said it's very common issue we will be notified. Is this way you are working for customer service @TRAI please get it resolved.

    @VodafoneIN I just ported from Airtel to Vodafone and sim got activated yesterday night. However I am not getting 4g tower at all and I called customer care to get solution. But they sent one SMS which they said if followed will definitely solve the issue.

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar Since Mr. Takkar and his entire Vi team is sleeping since 2 years and unable to resolve the below concerns: a. Ongoing call interuption b. Frequent call drop c. Poor data speed Thinking to move #Airtel with hope to not have above issues and better services than #VI.

    China started 5G service, but still none of these providers still unable provide proper 2G service in my area/location. @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneIN Already did so many complaints but no use...

    @VodafoneIN however that SMS is nothing but the "Prefer LTE" selection method which is already active in my phone. I need a solution for this ASAP. This same phone was I using without any issue for Airtel 4G. Redmi note 4.

    @ViCustomerCare Mr. Kumar, difference in communication observed over phone a. Over telephonic time is 48 hours but received message for resolution is march 30,2022. Is this way you handles the customer complaints.

    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone I was your proud customer when i was in kerala circle. I had amazone prime subsription. After switching to tamilnadu circle, even i cant able to use the amazone prime, because old all packs are de activated. I requsted for the help

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my network to Vi on ..... and sadly I am regretting my decision since then . despite of calling your customer service It's been ...... Days since I am not getting any SMS. Due to which am Unable to do any online transaction . What a shame

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India I haven't received any update on my complaint since 25th Aug 2021, TAT committed was 24 hours which already got over on 26th Aug 2021. Vi customer care, VI CEO no one is responding to my concern adding DOT INDIA

    Someone hacked my Netflix account and changed my email address. Have been chasing Vodafone support since the last three days. But has not been resolved yet.. are we giving the hackers a free hand use the account for a few days before we take action.. @ViCustomerCare @vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare Today i have received message that incoming calls will stop on 31 aug 2021. I repeat again, i recharged with rs. 49 to extend validity for 28 days on 11 Aug 2021. 28 days will be completed on 07 September 2021. You are committing fraud and deficiency in service.
