@ViCustomerCare Maa Durga give enough capability to @ViCustomerCare to resolve the customer issues especially poor network issues. I reported my issues n number of times since Nov 2021 but not solution yet. @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare You can't. Idea merger has killed the qualities Vodafone has. 2nd largest operators killed itself . It is been 3 years and situation is still same. No improvement in network or speed is still 20kbps. @JioCare port all my Vodafone number to jio even the Redx connection as well.
