@ViCustomerCare , pathetic picture of your services. Your tower at Bhaler, Nandurbar, Maharashtra location has been non functional for more than 2 hours and still it's down. With this kind of service, there is no hope for revival. #annoyed

.@ViCustomerCare I escalated my issues of no signal at my house in January of this year. The technician visited, realised there was no signal, and said it will be solved in 2 weeks. It has now been 9 months, and still no solution.

@ViCustomerCare You are basically not helping in anyway. You are just deducting money based on services which the customer is not even aware of. Moreover, blacklisting or stopping the services is also not helping to stop deducting money from account.

@ViCustomerCare Goodbye Vi. It was not a pleasure being with you for the last 1yr. Moved to Airtel and now all calls are crystal clear. Vi do not have ears to hear their customer and brains to understand the customer problems

@ViCustomerCare I have sent the number on which I'm facing the issue. Even after blacklisting the VAS, balance is getting deducted. Its getting out of hand.
