    @ViCustomerCare @itisMadhan_ Your network is big concern for your customers. You can't provide 4G indoor coverage or Vowifi, no volte, esim,MCA, Free caller tunes. No update on 5G. Your just 2/3G network.

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare Ditto ended my 20+ years relationship with VI this year in Jan 23. Bad Service Bad network and all they had to offer were empty promises for the last 2 years. I ran out of patience!

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare They are really pathetic. But, choose wisely other carrier Sir. Both the top brands promis the best 5G network coverage but their 4G service is not satisfied in many parts of Delhi NCR.

    @ViCustomerCare VI can not be joking by saying that if you write Maharashtra as a circle your port out request will be rejected. It will be processed if you write Maharashtra & Goa. God save consumers from such bad practices to retain customers.
