@ViCustomerCare ported my phone from jio to Vi on 27/03/2021. The new sim card started showing signal bars since yesterday but i cannot get thru televerfication. Call fails on dialing 59059. ive been complaining for long enough & recieved no substantial response nevermind nyhelp.

@ViCustomerCare My VI mobile connection deactivated stating KYC nonsubmission now. Using this no from 2011. Support asking KYC submission in person at Bangalore. I am in Trivandrum, cannot travel now. Is there a way to submit KYC online/internet? Pls help !

Mobile telecom service companies r distributing SIM cards as if spectrum has infinite bandwidth. Mobile calls r frustrating. Dial a number and then there is complete silence until call fails or gets connected. Often phone works like walkie-talkie. @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare
