Yo @ViCustomerCare. Tired of issuing DND through app, texts and calling the customer service directly. Feels like there is no escape from your promotional texts, which I receive at least 5 a day. May be I’ll just move to a different operator.

@ViCustomerCare I have decided to port to other service provider, probably @JioCare. But before that I wanted you guys to know how pathetic your network is.I have been using VI sim for more than 4 year now,It was really good initially but over time the quality of service has 1/2

@ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago My balance has been deducted before the end of validity. This kind of unethical practice is being done by vodafone india. I have been trying to reach out to their customer care but my call is not being connected.

@ViCustomerCare once again I wish complaint regarding faulty data consumption alert. It's unbelievable that 50% data consumed by 12 noon. There's something wrong with your system. Resolve it else i will be compelled to port my number some other service providers

@ViCustomerCare always heard from people your pathetic state of affairs. Facing it myself. After 12yrs of service, now moving out, hence porting from VF to Vi. 4th time you employees have stopped the process because your documentation isn’t right it seems. #pathetic #Vodafone
