    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia took my 70yr old uncle , jst discharged from hospital, to a store for lost SIM reactivation after 20yr of usage. KYC redone. Biometrics done. New SIM issued. “2 hours” they said. It’s still dead. system doesn’t reflect KYC. What is this service?

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, My Vi POS number: 9921525822 Issue: Your Smart Connect app is asking to uninstall AMCB banking app to function. This is unacceptable as a recharge app should not interfere with other apps on the phone. Kindly investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Vi India International Roming suck s! @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare @telecom #networkissue I have been trying to get my international roaming working since last 10 days and there is no solution yet. Each time the customer support conveniently says, complaint is raised.
