    @Paytmcare It wasn't Paytm who cases the scare, it was @ViCustomerCare and their service. My pack was over and later I recharged they sent me all otp's after few hours. It's pathetic and unsatisfactory you'll receive from these people they rejected multiple times to solve my issue. I'mSorry

    @ViCustomerCare do you have a customer service (non robotic)? I have sent 20 emails in last two months and everyone responds with the same question that has been answered already. Seems you have machines not reading what the customer is saying and do not really want to fix.

    @ViCustomerCare after traveling from one state to another,my sim is not working.processed new sim by 12:30 pm today, still sim is not activated. Pathetic service.plan to move to new service provider.v need our phones at all times

    @ViCustomerCare How can I when I don't get a signal? This is the problem I have - I CAN'T do anything by mobile phone unless I go a few miles down the road. Why should I have to do that when its your fault there's no signal here?
