    @ViCustomerCare I bought a new postpaid sim and your employee taken 500INR as security deposit from me and he told after SIM got activated it'll be reflected in your account. Seems that is not happened please help me on this.

    @ViCustomerCare koi jawab doge ? Customer care wale bhi call disconnect kar rahe hai ? Kis tarah ka fraud hai ye ? Refund kiya hai to transaction ID dene me kya problem?

    Hello there @ViCustomerCare I want to inform you that please install a network tower in my village so that we get the network speed stable and fast Vi network is very weak in our area which causes call drops and problems in online work,So if possible please make it possible.

    The support from @ViCustomerCare amazed me today. I have been on and off Vodafone user since 2008 but it was never my primary number as the customer care was very poor up until few years ago. But now I can see that they have totally revamped their customer service and it’s way better than @JioCare or @Airtel_Presence . I raised an issue yesterday night and they started working on it immediately. By today evening, my concern was resolved. Less than 24 hours!!! Airtel customer care used to be best in class but now it’s just formality. Jio never learned a thing or two about customer support. But Vi has came a long way and right now best in class.👍🏻

    @ViCustomerCare horrible service. Data disabled for no reason. 20 calls to customer service and no resolution. #vodafone is #awful @airtelindia @reliancejio pl dm I want to port my number.

    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare You guys have some of the most pathetic networks I have come across. Does not even work 5G most of the times. And even in 4G I'm not receiving msg, pages not loading while travelling in central line mumbai. Network gaand me gusake baite ho kya?

    @ViCustomerCare Extremely frustrated. A customer should not have to fight through endless automated menus just to speak with a support executive.Hiding human support behind recorded messages is poor service & disrespectful to customers. Please respond and resolve this issue. #Vi
