Mohini Tech Tales (@MohiniSingh_96) reportedDear @ViCustomerCare, I had already raised a request to deactivate my SIM, and the request has already been processed. Despite that, I am still receiving 10–12 calls a day along with continuous promotional messages. I have already informed customer care multiple times that my issue has been resolved, yet I am being repeatedly pressured to continue the SIM and opt for new plans. This is becoming extremely frustrating and feels like harassment now. Please stop these calls and messages immediately.

Replaced my official name to a name of their vhoice.Terrible personal experience. Do not go for this IRRESPONSIBLE Vi Mobile.

I have already shared the issue multiple times through customer care and email but no resolution has been provided yet. Requesting refund/reversal since the recharge amount was deducted but the service is still unusable.
