@ViCustomerCare It's regarding my porting request to join Vi. I had received call from Vi team after calling & highlighting issue to customer care team 3 times. In call they told me they sending rider to deliver sim & for other procedure also I had received sms regarding same sim

@ViCustomerCare I don't know when and how they check that there is no internet speed issue in my area. No one come to the actual location. Just come here to the location and check. Please let me know if you have solution I don't want any automated replies. #vimobile
