@ViCustomerCare I am not sure what's wrong with VI as in this pandemic and people are dependent on network for office and other important works but they don't even care. It's been 8 days now since facing bad network in my area and they don't even care. #vidown

@ViCustomerCare I am facing a persistent internet connectivity issue for the past 2–3 days. The mobile internet stops working every 2–3 minutes, and I am forced to turn on Flight Mode repeatedly just to restore the connection.This problem is causing serious inconvenience, as normal browsing.

I explained to her,Madam you are not providing free service, talk politely, she repeatedly asked me to port. It seems #vi is not going to improve any service.
