    @ViCustomerCare I am not sure what's wrong with VI as in this pandemic and people are dependent on network for office and other important works but they don't even care. It's been 8 days now since facing bad network in my area and they don't even care. #vidown

    @ViCustomerCare worst internet speed in my area, 1 day is working good, then again 3 days nothing work , too much embarrassing service from Vi , they are always says we are working on it & now the problem solved. Worst service

    @ViCustomerCare Tweeting this wrt complaint number KOL-V00510555070. My father is unable to send any msg frm phone. As told to CC exective,he already has main balance.Also a special recharge of 599 in which he got 100 SMS/ day. Please resolve this at the earliest 1/n

    @ViCustomerCare my call is constantly getting dropped after 1min. I had raised a request and it has been closed saying issue resolved. But call is still getting dropped . Considering the poor service VI is providing nowadays I have only one option to port it to some other network
