    @ViCustomerCare @vodafone Again this month I am frustrated bcz of your pathetic speed of 4G. I have my room towards open area and still I get single network bar on my Vodafone sim. At the same place Jio works perfectly fine. #Vodafonedown

    @ViCustomerCare I am not sure what's wrong with VI as in this pandemic and people are dependent on network for office and other important works but they don't even care. It's been 8 days now since facing bad network in my area and they don't even care. #vidown

    Because I don't need to say how important the internet is at present. Padhai online hi karna pad raha hai. But in your (@ViCustomerCare) service it is not possible in my area VI's internet.

    @ViCustomerCare if televerification not working why the hell do we have to go through this scam of a process . Cant we have better things to so then wait for a sim to be activated and the process itself notworking

    @ViCustomerCare when i am sending sms to someone also volte is disappearing for sometime and network is turning to 2G. I don't know what's happening?? Jio is working fine in other slot Only VI sim has this issue. @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Idea broadband collected Rs. 1500 from me, now it's operations are closed but customer's money not returned. Idea Vodafone is cheater company.
