    @ViCustomerCare I am not sure what's wrong with VI as in this pandemic and people are dependent on network for office and other important works but they don't even care. It's been 8 days now since facing bad network in my area and they don't even care. #vidown

    @ViCustomerCare Vi mobile network down in my area since afternoon. Cant make calls. Unable to use mobile data. Cant reach customer care either. App is also not working. Fix this otherwise we may have to port.

    @ViCustomerCare Stop sending 5G marketing SMS. My phone is on 5G Auto — sometimes speed is 5G, sometimes it drops to 4G. Network is unstable and indoor coverage is poor. Don’t claim “strong 5G.” Fix it first. If this continues, I will port out after July first week.

    @ViCustomerCare I requested for customised callertune. Did all possible ways to activate it and still no result. Vi resolve the issue immediately and don’t call without go through the previous chat. I’m fed up of explaining the issue again and again. Resolve it or let me port.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea is a fraud. Twice i have raised a request to close my Sim But all u r doing is to cancel my request and reintiate the billing cycle. If you are living in days of your beggary, Than u don't hold any rights to harrase the consumer and earn ur money.

    @ViCustomerCare No needs any DM. Your shortcomings need to be openly revealed here. Your infrastructure is not good, the network is not available outdoors within 500 meters to 1 km of the tower. However, it is being written in the inbox that whatever network is available, we have to accept it.
