    @reliancejio @JioCare seems like ur customer care is as bad as any other service provider but you also have pathetic service for jio postpaid, atleast with @ViCustomerCare i never had weird technical issues, can my issue be fixed or i like to switch back to vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare Very poor service 1 GB movie is taking 1 hour to download. I have been associated with Vodafone for the last 9 years but now I am changing the SIM. jio sim is a great option

    @ViCustomerCare it's very unfortunate to see VI is cheating their customer. Past 1 year my VI bill was around 550 only. And on 13th I have given the opt out Request to VI and the final bill that's from 15th April - 14th May shows as 1250 which is ever highest. I'm take it to TRAI
