@ViCustomerCare Vi reps visited me a hour ago and they tested the network speed and said it's ok, but those reps were a bit confused because the speed was around a couple of megabits per second but the true 4g is far beyond that speed, disappointed.

@DoT_India, @ViCustomerCare Now the timeline is over. Monday finally porting to JIO. In present era, where companies spend crores to acquire new customers, poor VI customer care are losing their 15-20 years old customers. Poor people.
