This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If this isn't resolved immediately, I will be forced to port my number to Jio. Fix this ASAP!

Replaced my official name to a name of their vhoice.Terrible personal experience. Do not go for this IRRESPONSIBLE Vi Mobile.
