@ViCustomerCare My number has unlimited pack recharged already valid till July and I was actively using my JIO number. Then HOW it can be ported to Vodafone to a different person.!!! I called customer care they are not suggesting any process/solution on this.

@ViCustomerCare I spoke with the contact number you shared, still no resolution. Please take quick action to prevent misuse of my number by the fraud person. My mobile is associated with bank accounts as well. Kindly priorities and at least first block the number to prevent misuse.

@ViCustomerCare None of you doing anything i just paid 1000 approx for this **** service, every upcoming day its getting worse first network issue, than 4g service down, now automatically network disconnecting internet and calls getting mute !! Network bars fluctuating at peak !!

@ViCustomerCare People should be aware. VI is unnecessary charging money from customer for there own mistake. Multiple time same experience. Not providing nodal office no nor ceo customer escalation desk details. Why should customer pay without any fault. Poor customer service.
