  @ViCustomerCare Mr. Faizan CCE at kamla nagar store said the the customer service staff don't know about the process. He don't even know how to talk to customer. He behaves like he is doing very big favour to talk to customers.

  So basically since 10 am or so, I have had to set aside everything else to chase @ViCustomerCare to respond. They have responded, of course, but evaded resolving the problem. That's the kind of day it has been.
