@ViCustomerCare @DisneyplusHSVIP For this network it seems customers are liability. It had successfully reduced customers from 403 million to 290 million. Their real target is 100 million sad customers. They are working very hard to reduce customers w/o providing indoor coverage, vowifi volte and esim.

@ViCustomerCare See the main problem is my father has dual sim ph, now Vodafone no is not working properly so we have gone to store to change the sim to VI sim. Now if the sim is not changed or cannot be changed then we have no other option to Port the same. But which we donot want to.

Either refund my bills paid during last year or else fix my issues specific to internet connection. You guys should not be paid for such a pathetic services.@ViCustomerCare @consumerforum_ @TRAI
