    @ViCustomerCare Ordered a sim card on Friday and the status is still order placed. Boasts of 24 hour delivery but fails to even take an order. Paid even for the plan and completed KYC. Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare No one is able to call my number. I keep calling but it keeps getting disconnected. Why is this happening to the Vi sim person? I've called from other SIMs too and they're having the same problem. Tell me what to do?

    I have become fed up with @airtelindia/@Airtel_Presence and its non-resolution of complaints and its pathetic indoor connectivity. I wish to apply for MNP by becoming a user of @ViCustomerCare. I hope #ViCustomerCare has better indoor connectivity (cellular+internet). #MNP
