@ViCustomerCare Wow Idea is using business tricks. Blocking previous sim cards to using their network so users avail new vodafone idea sim and company gets profit. But let me tell you I will port my number to other company. Great.

@ViCustomerCare this company having fake service. Complete No network either 2G/3G/4G at my place. Complaint many times, but no resolution. Management is useless who don't even bother about it. Don't use @VodafoneGroup service they only suck money of customer.

@ViCustomerCare Just to restore the outgoing service, I have to pay INR 100 or more, where it is not required. I had already paid INR 50 but that goes wasted. VI app does not provide a customized recommendation and there is no help provided by the customer service executives. Bad experience.
