    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI hi unable to activate a new SIM in place of Old Idea SIM despite of 3 visits to store in Vijayawada and numerous calls to customer care. Such a pathetic service. Left in lurch. Help me out.

    @ViCustomerCare Nice way to test patiance of customer. Really shame on VI who are such a big brand but so small that it can't even resolve issues in app.
