    @ViCustomerCare your already horrible service becomes worse day by day. Since yesterday evening cant hear anything in any of the calls. Not restricted to just me but multiple numbers. Cant complain because the customer service cant hear anything. What nonsense is this?

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @VodafoneBiz I again face same problem... You remove my carry forward balance from my account... This month also... I had opted for add on internet because of your mistake and now you removed that balance....very pathetic vi support....
