    @ViCustomerCare It's over 2 weeks now. No data network on my mobile as well as my wife's #Vi sim card. Went to mini store too. Still no result. Why are we paying for data? This is ridiculous. Can we have a solution here or help us port the number to #Airtel..!

    @ViCustomerCare and you are at it again. My latest bill shows no outstanding and my phones have suddenly been disconnected. When contacted,your customer care says two months old bill is pending. Kindly make up your mind and pull up your socks.

    @ViCustomerCare during the day at my office the N/W fir very few times improve only for a minute, then again it 1-2 signal bars. N/W always should stay at least 4 signal bars. Till then the issue will remain open at ur end
