@VodafoneIN Will DM you my number. Plz let me know. I am surprised how come u dont hace service in this area neither any network partner. Request @TRAI and @manojsinhabjp to look into it. I am suffering due to no network Jeypore Circle, seems Vodafone withdrawn service from this region

@TRAI @jagograhakjago When the customer asks @ViCustomerCare enquire about these VAS. They make bogus claim that the offer got activated due to clicking on some links online. If we ask them to stop these VAS from activating, they say it can only be stopped for 6 months. 2/?

@ViCustomerCare It is getting worse and worse by the time. From last night my sim was not active hence I have checked the sim on another device as well but still no network was showing.. Not sure I will be able to continue to use IDEA further.

Nowadays I'm saving numbers of people just so I don't have to pick them up ever again. @ViCustomerCare DND means nothing when they themselves spam call me daily @HyundaiIndia openly selling my number to "partner corporates" since I became their customer.

Trying to Port my Vodafone Number. But @ViCustomerCare are so poor that their executives don't even know how to talk. Having Vodafone post paid number since January 2014, when compare to other network terrif is two times high with poor network and connectivity.
