  Got Vi Postpaid @ViCustomerCare. One of the worst postpaid services in Rajbandh, Durgapur. Frequent call mute, call drop issue. Can't even speak with someone for the last 4 days. @TRAI wht should I do? Recently ported to VI postpaid can't go anywhere because 90 days not spent yet

  @ViCustomerCare Reg. Number 9916396826 You guy's don't even keep the records of conversations. If your server was down then you could have managed a downtime tracker to keep record updated once the server resumes. False call back commitments. Poor training.
