@VodafoneIN Will DM you my number. Plz let me know. I am surprised how come u dont hace service in this area neither any network partner. Request @TRAI and @manojsinhabjp to look into it. I am suffering due to no network Jeypore Circle, seems Vodafone withdrawn service from this region

@ViCustomerCare I recently switched my vodafone number 9999404534 from postpaid to prepaid. I have visited the VI Store of greater noida store 2 times already. Now the 1st recharge is not done by the store due to which I am unable to use any service. kindly resolve issue ASAP.

@ViCustomerCare i have done recharge of 199 and when I am making call ,it is asking to do another recharge what a pathetic service and i called to customer care & they are saying to do another recharge.

@ViCustomerCare complaint for 5th in a row for international roaming issue which is not solved yet and still all payment being made and customer getting harrassed for being a loyal customer to vi thats why vi is losing customers every month to jio and Airtel

We've been facing severe call drop problem (vodafone idea) since a long time but no action has been taken to resolve it either from company or from TRAI. 4G Internet speed isn't good enough and you have installed 5G. How ridiculous!! @TRAI @ViCustomerCare
