  @ViCustomerCare Got a new VI SIM yesterday its connected and active, also tele verified and got a confirmation of the same. But, cant' make any calls from and to this new number and to this new number, get a message "You Seem To Have Dialed the Wrong Number" HELP PLEASE !!!!!!

  @ViCustomerCare I was told there would be a ‘resolution’ by 15th. All I got is a text that says you can’t find my money. And calls to my add-on numbers though I’m well within my due date for bill payment. I’ve been a customer for 20+ years. Shame on me I guess.

  @ViCustomerCare i think World most worthest valling service can be found on VI.Every time when someone call me i have to call him back .no voice is heard at the first time.I would like to go @reliancejio The most valueable service on voice calling.
