  @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

  @ViCustomerCare I received call to try the method using whatsapp to change my email id. But it also failed. Call, SMS,Vi app, customer care, whats app all tried but email id cannot be changed. Totally harrashed.

  Hi @ViCustomerCare , the internet connectivity in my area is pathetic. Please look into this as it feels like wasting when when I can't use internet after recharging. I used other network to make this tweet.
