    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @PANKAJ23883850 @ViCustomerCare They have been changing my family plans at their own will. Complained to them almost 50 times. Yet again they change the next day. I lost all my roll ever data. Plus now they deducted charges for Amazon prime but I can’t login to access my account !

    @ViCustomerCare You are prioritizing the area to give network but when..? Since last one year I'm getting the same answer and you people are doing the same thing copy paste..Will surely move to airtel once this lockdown lifted..

    @ViCustomerCare I already tried all the above mentioned step. It didn't help. Then, I raised the issue here. I was hoping for better resolution not these obsolete suggestions.

    @ViCustomerCare So I am back again with my concerns. I fail to understand why the issue cannot be resolved and why need to chase each month ?????? Again I have received charges for calls which have not been answered??? I have screen shot of my call log and no such calls in list.

    @kamalsh9694 @ViCustomerCare I know right ? They charged ₹999 to continue my Amazon prime services and now I can’t access my prime account ! They have been anyway harassing majority of their customers. Suppose it’s time to switch to a better network
