@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@143_pushpendra @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare If 5G is reason then you are wrong bcz 5G is technology upgrade but for a normal person it waste with 300 Mbps down and 50Mbps up what are we going do with this speed Even for a 4K utube video 30Mbps is more than enough.If 4G+ is good in VI just stick to it.Strong 4G> Unstable 5G

Vi is the worst network I have ever used. The internet never works properly, and instead of improving, the service keeps getting worse. Their customer care is useless they don’t solve problems, they just waste your time.Using Vi feels like being cheated every day.@ViCustomerCare
