  @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

  @ViCustomerCare Hello i need to join a new prepaid connection to vi family. through vi app i choosed a specific No. unfortunately & in hurry i didnt select Prepaid plan. It was selected to postpaid plan automatically.I need that selected No. Only but in Prepaid Connection, plz help me out
