@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@ViCustomerCare This hampers work from home and to let you know my previous experience had been good where you resolved the net issue just in a day. @airtelindia has really even stopped respond the concerns. Days will be back again for Vodaphone idea
