@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@smartbuoy @ViCustomerCare Don't expect any worthwhile resolution from @ViCustomerCare that has the worst customer support. They will ask all sort of irrelevant details and then give you the same robotic / idiotic standard reply. Several such issues raised by me met similar fate.

Nowadays VI network is very bad.I complaint in Customer care but no improvement in network issue also internet connection is not working properly.I request to VI to solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise I changed my Network. @ViCustomerCare
