@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@eatul @ViCustomerCare Everywhere it is like that,very poor indoor coverage,No update and improvement.Still lacking vowifi,No Esim for Idea customers. No plan protection while porting from idea to vodafone,In simple words idea customers will get only signal bar, but not all services enjoyed by vodafone

@NirmaJoshi @ViCustomerCare As got fed up with there service network look how they do they called back to stop port out request after some wait due to poor network call get disconnected no one bother why a customer going to-other network where other company offer special package solutions to help
