@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@ViCustomerCare Why the internet speed is too slow... Evn when I'm recharged with 479 for 56 days with 1.5 gb 4g data everyday... Not able to browsing, not able to use youtube.. Everything is too slow... Download speed is 13kbps....reslove the prblm plsss...

I just enquired about the exchange regarding my old idea sim to the new Vi sim,it seems a NEW SIM can be bought at your "doorstep" but an old customer of Idea has to go with his documents to the store physically and get it exchanged? Sensible? @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia
