    @Geethabhati @ViCustomerCare Absolutely, I was told by VI regulatory customer care number, stating that we must have clicked something while browsing the net, and they need to blacklist the VAS service,I called them 3 months back about the same issue but this blacklisting was not done,why? We all know why.

    @ViCustomerCare I had activated DND since I was on international roaming. But @ViCustomerCare team used to call me for all service promotions though my sim was in DND. And now the current total bill amount is huge. I want you to investigate and let me know the final decision

    @ViCustomerCare Damage already done. I am going to port out. Have rcvd the UPC. Plus why do U play this reminder tone while I am calling. Just for Rs. 100 and that too cuz of your fault. ARE YOU GUYS REAL. Shame on you Vi. @rmstakkar

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing signal drop issue in my area. I have recently switched to Vi but I noticed frequent signal drop. The Vi and Airtel shares same tower but signal strength of Vi is very low and fluctuate frequently. I hope team will resolve it as soon as possible.
