Hello @ViCustomerCare , balance has been deducted with out any permission sending a sms from VZ-ViCMS with reason stated I chosen Games & Videos access. I've never opted for any VAS.Pls resolve my problem or else if this continues , you are going to lose an old customer of yours

@ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar Yes, I know I am valuable customer for vodafone as I am paying every month about Rs. 300 since october 2020 onwards for interrupted calls, for call drop, poor data speed. Nice jokes by VI team. Mr. Takkar, Is this you taught your team? Is this the thought of VI?
