    @ViCustomerCare The VI number provided in the DM belongs to my mother; she uses it on a basic Samsung phone that does not support the internet. Whenever I call home to speak with her, the voice breaks up, making it impossible to have a conversation. I do not require a 5G network; .

    @ViCustomerCare,I paid ā‚¹4k for international roaming pack,but the service has been extremely disappointing.Most of the time Iā€™m getting only 1 signal bar,network is unstable& 5G speeds aren't com. This is unacceptable for paid IR roaming .#Vi #VodafoneIdea #InternationalRoaming

    Gross negligence by @ViCustomerCare! MNP SIM delivered on 8th June, active on 10th, but NO network. Cust care says "SIM is damaged, visit store." Why should a solo woman travel to another town because VI delivered a faulty SIM? ā‚¹365 recharge wasted, 7 days lost! Fix this ASAP!
