    @ViCustomerCare Its highly unacceptable ! I wanted to change my current plan to my prev plan and all PALAK cud do was give me wrong information & then chng my plan according to that .     @ViCustomerCare I have ported out from Vi to other operator and was using postpaid. Now how do I pay my outstanding due? Neither vi app, whatsapp chat nor web recognises the number as vi's and unable to fetch dues! HELP ASAP!

    What stupid logic @ViCustomerCare ! The whole idea of an eSIM is to avoid going to their retail outlet / customer service stores. When requested for an eSIM via numerous calls, SMS, they say to visit their customer service. Pathetic !
