@VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@ViCustomerCare I had recharged ₹649 pack with unlimited data. It is valid till tomorrow (29th). But data service is already stopped since 12 AM today. Apps shows 0 MB. Why? @TRAI . Reaching to customer care person through IVR is difficult

@ViCustomerCare Any update on my problem, X, insta or youtube bhi nahi chal rha, Google tak acche se nahi chal rha. Call drop aur unknown number par connect ho ja rha kisi ko call kar rha to . All vodaphone customers are having the same problem in my area.
