    @Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

    @VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @ViCustomerCare You only know how to fool the customer and how to make the customer run around, how to make the customer go from here to there. I have complained to 1 monastery, I am facing the same problem. Till now no problem has been resolved by any company regarding the SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare If you are not able to provide service to the customers then close your company, otherwise your company is on the verge of closure and if you provide such service then no one is going to stay with you.

    @ViCustomerCare I am done with VI, and will be porting out to Airtel. I don't like the customer care executive teaching me the bogus process of KYC updates. There is reason y vodafone is dying. Thanks for nothing.

    @ViCustomerCare As per phone call conversation done yesterday and 2 days before you assured me to wait for 72hrs and now time has been over. So cancel my order and refund me with amount. If you keep on extending time then I need to move legally as I have waited more than promised delivery date.
