@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@ViCustomerCare You charge for callertunes whereas it's not even worth . Sound cracks so badly and full of distortion and one cannot hear the callertune clearly. Fix this pathetic service instead of replying with an automated message. Or else porting to @JioCare might be option.

The @ViCustomerCare team should look into our Position. We will pay 25% higher but Please Improve at Least the calling and Data. What is this. Your Plans are not Properly Managed, your service is not Good even the Customer Care is like a Mindless poor Team.
