@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@ViCustomerCare wrost services, automatically data consumed then i check application showed have lot of data but vi sent msg u have left 500mb , no customer care number. Wrost services i never do recharge on vi. @reliancejio jio internet service is good.

@ViCustomerCare UPC not generated by you. You are not allowing sms outgoing. One of you saying for sim verification but there is no re-veryfication option in vi agent app. No Vi service center doing re-veryfication. You are making fool to customer.

Issue is not resolve yet, Facing the same issue, if Vi cant resolve issue i ll request to don’t advertise that Vi is the fastest network, I think Airtel is much better than Vi @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia
