    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

    @VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare any shame? Despite of urgency no resolution yet. How to seek help from NHAI due to failed connectivity to 1033 by #VI in Haryana, call nt getting through neither in 4g nor 3g nor volte. #vi_pain @DoT_India such TSP who trouble repetitively must be penalised

    @ViCustomerCare Most inconsistent network I have ever seen. networks goes off randomly. The issue is not resolved yet and no work has been done other than chats and calls and normal troubleshooting instructions. You guys are not serious about this. speed is fast but network issue

    @VodafoneIN I am getting calls from +918586006408 for MBA course. On you app complaints getting closed instantly without resolving issue. Please look into the matter.
