@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

@ViCustomerCare I don't expect 5G from you guys Atleast provide 4g network for the 4g data pack plan During peak hour times VI network automatically shifts to 3g and sometimes to 2g network Please Improve the existing network infrastructure then go for new @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare unable To receive Data connectivity Suddenly Disconnect internet again I need to turn on/off airplane mode it works , repeatedly it happens every 20 minutes, sometimes it drops from 4G to 2G Unable to use internet. I raise a complaint over 20 days,till not solved

@ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has no right to cheat customers and deny basic human rights. VI is not returning the money which I had paid for getting a service which was not given to me. My crusade for justice will continue forever. Don't think that I will remain silent.
