    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @ViCustomerCare I have 2 vi connection on 2 phones. My location is Metro Lane, South janatha road, Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala. Phone is showing signal, but calls are not getting connected and sms also not getting received.
