  @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

  @Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

  @ViCustomerCare My data keeps carrying over. Since I'm not able to use more than 1 GB a month , due to bad signal and internet speed. After complaining so many times, the response I get is you'll can't do anything, use WiFi to make calls. Seriously?

  @ViCustomerCare you guys are doing nothing but to torture the customers. In the same place I am getting no service signal. In that case not able to make any calls/messages forget about 4G now. Shame on you guys. Please return the recharge amount and allow me to port out

  @ViCustomerCare you people still don't understand simple english and wants us to teach A, B, C & 1, 2, 3. As I said multiple times, I AM NO LONGER A VODAFONE CUSTOMER. I PORTED OUT 10 YEAR OLD MY POSTPAID NUMBER IN 2018 AS I DIDN'T GET ANY HELP THEN SO YOU CAN'T HELP ME NOW.
