    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

    @Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

    @ViCustomerCare I transitioned from postpaid to prepaid on 15 April but despite making the payment at store, my 1st recharge hasn't been done. My phone has been inactive for 2 days - No contact# available for Vi-Store Jail Road. Customer care isn't helpful. Disappointing service.

    I switched my sim and Vi (idea) has been calling continuously. Bhai nahi switch back karna. Please stop calling. They have called 14 times since yesterday evening (since I didn't pick up) Even today (twice) at 8:30 IN THE MORNING ON A SUNDAY. WTF ?!?!?! @ViCustomerCare
