  @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

  @Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

  @VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

  @ViCustomerCare(2/3)While I tried reaching out to customer care for assistance they bluntly said I will have to recharge for plan over Rs.129 and then I can send SMS. I don't think it's feasible to just recharge for 129 rs or above to send one text SMS while I just need to port.

  @ViCustomerCare Yes I did recharge for the last time with VI just to get the porting code. Coz I can't recharge every month by 129 just to avail a basic SMS service.

  @ViCustomerCare This is shameful act from Vodafone, not resolving my issue instead calling again and again and harassing me. Network service as well as customer service is worst.
