@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@ViCustomerCare you offer worst customer care services,infact ill mannered and disgusting. 800 rupaye ke liye badtameezi krne se pehle atleast look at ur service,get some professionals..No network in my phone since last 2 months,ur technical team couldn't resolve as well

@ViCustomerCare Why am I charged for data usage when I haven't used any data? This is the question I've been asking since Aug 16. No resolution yet. How long does it take to resolve this issue? Have been already sharing details over DM since 5 days. Plz don't ask again
