    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer care just told me "we can't help" for a WRONG plan activation. Your app showed ₹199 = 1GB/day + 2GB/28days. I paid for it. You activated different plan. It's YOUR VI App mistake, so why do I have to bear the loss? Why is customer paying for Vi's

    Jio to Jio - Normal call Jio to Airtel - Normal call Jio to Vi User - Spam call And vice-versa!! 20+ years old number, showing spam in @ViCustomerCare network, and they have no solution for this. What a pathetic response getting from #Vi Customer care.
