But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

However, in the smaller villages, your towers are located at a distance of 3.5 to 4 kilometers. Consequently, network coverage is very poor. Therefore, smaller towers should be installed in these small villages as well.

We pay for data we can't use. look into rural network coverage and fix.

And there's no customer representative on 198, pathetic service.
