    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone network is pathetic at my place and facing same problem for almost 6 months now. Can you fix the network problem as we are on lockdown and need phone for working from home

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Tarun, As per your DM., your company is not able to provide adequate 4g Internet service. then, please refund my 299 recharge amount. Because I recharge that particular plan just for surfing the Internet with 4g speed.

    why are you taking this much time to check my account ???? You won’t find anything because I didn’t do anything with 550 rs … I need compensation for the lost service more than 2 weeks… mentally I been tortured without having access to outgoing calls @ViCustomerCare
