    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone network is pathetic at my place and facing same problem for almost 6 months now. Can you fix the network problem as we are on lockdown and need phone for working from home

    @Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

    @ViCustomerCare Must say, you guys are so non-customer friendly, it’s painful. I visited the store and asked for a duplicate sim for my mother’s number. She can’t come to the centre. I had to ask if they’re joking when they said she has to come warna kuch nahin ho sakta. There’s no initiative.

    @ViCustomerCare I had to put my foot down and ask ke digital age mein just post a pandemic I’m being told an unwell parent has to come to the damn centre for a freaking sim. So they find an alternative. How much you guys must be harassing the less educated or meek ones! Such bullies!
