@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@ViCustomerCare I have messaged many times now. I called on your customer care number too, which is tedious and very lengthy. My father changed his plan to a lower amount now his plan has been added to previous amount and total bill has exceeded the prior amounts.

How can you block outgoing calls without prior notice in the name of KYC verification when no retail store provide a SIM card without Aadhar / Pan-card Proof. Disgusting service & pathetic staff just harassing the customer @ViCustomerCare
