    @Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone network is pathetic at my place and facing same problem for almost 6 months now. Can you fix the network problem as we are on lockdown and need phone for working from home

    @ViCustomerCare I have no network in my house. I have been complaining since feb 2022. They say your request has been processed, you are in low network zone. 90 days to solve an ongoing complaint but the company does not keep complaints older than 3 months? Loophole?

    @ViCustomerCare Hi i have port airtel to vi in before 4days .. Yesterday airtel tower no signal then I put vi sim and activate the number by using code.. During porting I have got 719pack now itself signal showing 3g . 4g is not available recharge pack not showing?? How to clear this problem??

    @ViCustomerCare we are fed up with Jio but your service is worden so what to do,I'm still using 2G where I'm residing so I've to keep one jio which is providing 4G here&please don't torture when I call from Vodafone as when I call it takes almost minute to start ringing.improve🙏
