  @ViCustomerCare Internet speeds are really bad with constant call drops. The network is really slow for me. It's only getting 100kb at max in day and goes to 1mb in midnight. Shifted from airtel really disappointed with vi. Any solution to improve sppeds or need to switch again🤦

  @ViCustomerCare it is not for now i have repond based on my over all experiance. why complaint close without discussion with customer, only call once and if any reason customer didnt pick the call then close the complaint? Also ask customer to hold and after long waiting cut the phone? long list
