  @Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

  @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

  @VodafoneIN Vodafone network is pathetic at my place and facing same problem for almost 6 months now. Can you fix the network problem as we are on lockdown and need phone for working from home

  @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare one of the bad service providers. Tried calling them to find out store details , no proper response and worst reply from the customer care executive said : go to store anywhere nearby we won’t say details , it’s not our job. #worst_VI

  Please Vi India if you can't provide a good network to your customers you should not be in Telecom industry..!Just after 2 days of porting from @reliancejio I can't even see 2 bars in my network signal!! Nor your technical team take this issue as major concern..! @ViCustomerCare
