    @Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

U guys mentioned that tele verification is pending and provided some number to contact but the number is not working and am not getting any response in dm and here.. people leaving vi is not because of services only, bcus of this half information

    @ViCustomerCare bad news for all VI customer. If you are prepared user of VI and if you have truly unlimited pack activated on your number. Still if you want to call any toll-free number then Vodafone charged for it.Planning switch to jio or Airtel @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare i experience very wrost service vi. I order a new sim card order id :- DCHD22102202831 yesterday but vi not able a new sim card in a such Bangalore. My experience was very worst.
