@VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

Have made about 50 complaints in last two month for network outage of @youbroadband but no response. It has become worse since @VodafoneIN has taken over!!! How do they even do business??? Any idea who can I complain to?

Hi @VodafoneIN , i understand you like connecting with your customers once in a year, but doesn't mean you create the same effing problems every year, make them call you and then don't help out. If you yourself have so much techincal issues how are you going to solve ours?

@VodafoneIN syas that they have best service for network and all, but I can promise you that the worst network in my is @VodafoneIN. I am not able to attend my classes becouse of the slow network.
