    @ViCustomerCare your Vi app shows 2 gb per day data for 56 days on prepaid for 479, when we get the neg showing recharged data is shown as 1.5 gb per day. Why is that? I raised a complaint and was told that 1.5 gb is actually 2 gb " koi issue nahi". Unable to understand. Pl help

    @ViCustomerCare After sending 2765 texts everyday about upcoming expiry of my pack, what's the purpose of calling me to tell the exactly same thing, that too during work hours? Improve your service and stop this spamming. Else I have to stop using your card.

    @ViCustomerCare Due call drop and weak network i have decided to leave. And complaint regarding same was raised on 10th march. But unfortunately nothing has been resolved. now i have already done with porting to another network. So dont call and irritate.

    @ViCustomerCare you must care for your customer well before they taking decision to left. Post porting decision calling continues to customer makes irritate not issue resolving . Please dont irritate once customer request for PORTING to another network from VI.
