    @ViCustomerCare ported my sim in vi, but internet & calling not activated, I called customer care they are saying recharge first, I called the person whom I purchased sim(VI app) he is saying call customer care. I already paid 299 when I ordered it online

    @ViCustomerCare My disappointment was been discussed with VI many times, now I hv surrendered & moved on. Ported out in Jio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence With airtel i was for 14 YEARS. But VI merely 5 months. Such short lived VI promises R. I wish u cud improve.BYE VI FOREVER. NEVER WILL CHOOSE VI

    @ViCustomerCare I have not been contacted yet. Last time I spoke with @ViCustomerCare a lady came on the phone stating she is the floor supervisor and that she will revert back within 24hours with information on the complaint. It’s almost 48 hours now I have not heard back

    @ViCustomerCare I have recharged 479 unlimited pack but still not able to make outgoing call on landline. What's issue here? When I dial, getting reply that I don't have enough balance to make call
