    @ViCustomerCare Query not addressed yet. Only you have taken additional complaint bcoz after 4 days over you couldn't delivered a SIM in Bengaluru like city.

    Still waiting for a proper resolution/refund despite sharing all details, tickets, and explaining that SIM exchange is not possible because the original owner is outside India. Requesting Vi to please resolve the matter fairly. @ViCustomerCare @nch1915 @ConsumerVoiceIn

    Previously I was thinking why @ViCustomerCare not gaining customers in a market like india where only 3 major pvt players exist. But after ordering a SIM I came to know that they can't match the service level of airte & Jio. They are just in a ventilator.

    Hello Team, I am currently in Saudi Arabia and trying to activate my eSIM. First, I recharged with 898 plan, but it started showing “Call Barring” issue. After that, I recharged again with 199 plan, but the same problem is still @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio
