    @ViCustomerCare When you will resolved the issue . In 5G era your 4G are running like 2G . So much network issue but fro services you are zero .

    @ViCustomerCare hello, not able to change plan on Vi App, Vi store can not change plan , Vi customer care on phone can not change plan. What is other available option ? I am ready pay any penalty for changing plan .

    Hello @ViCustomerCare The number you have called is invalid. This is the message I got from every call I made in Meghalaya and couldn't connect. Does that mean there is no Vodafone network there, this problem cannot be fixed? Works in Hyderabad, Assam but not in #Meghalaya
