    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw I talked to a customer care representative as well. They said, there's nothing like this that exists for your number. It's really confusing at the moment. I'm not sure what action should be taken.

    @ViCustomerCare My Phone (Samsung F23 5G) Supports All Your Network Bands But It Always Latches To B40 (2300MHz, 10MHz), Making The Network Unusable. Is This Vi “Giganet” 4G?Please Lock My Number To B3 (1800MHz), B8 (900MHz) Or B41 (2500MHz) For Stable Internet. IKnowYouCanDoThis

    @ViCustomerCare Over a week of waiting for a premium number SIM I paid ₹2,700 for. Customer care keeps promising delivery "today or tomorrow." This poor service is frustrating. Please resolve this delivery issue.
