    @ViCustomerCare Thanks much for the update. Vi outage was not an individual issue, so DM is irrelevant. @TRAI plz make it mandatory for these service providers to publish down time in social media, their websites & apps. Like water and electricity telephone service is also an essential service.

    @ViCustomerCare ok! Enough is enough, i am your customer since 2004, i think now I am done with you guys. Your data service so slow that i can't open play store or YouTube which have fastest servers. Done everything even refreshed sim too. No automated reply please.

    @ViCustomerCare Very pathetic signal strength at my home from the last 30 days. No internet connection at all, poor voice quality. I have come to a conclusion to switch to a different provider (have initiated porting) if it is not fixed in the next 1-2 days.

    Hey vi team.. i have complained several times regarding your slow internet speed but you didn't provide the solution.. so i am now switching to airtel.. @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence

    @ViCustomerCare Having voice and call drop related issues. I have also registered complaints but didn't get any satisfactory response. Please add SAMSUNG M31 into your VoLTE supported phones atleast I can use wifi calling whereever available. Kindly resolve at earliest.

    @ViCustomerCare your network is pathetic in my area. Why don't you install more routers in my area? Almost all in my family use Vodafone and we can't use internet inside home. improve it or we are considering MNP
