    @ViCustomerCare Thanks much for the update. Vi outage was not an individual issue, so DM is irrelevant. @TRAI plz make it mandatory for these service providers to publish down time in social media, their websites & apps. Like water and electricity telephone service is also an essential service.

    @VodafoneIN Also call to customer care they put call on hold then cut the call, also they are happy while telling them to port out from Vodafone and swich to JIO. M holding voda since 10+ years. This is not the service we want.

    @paro_nair @VodafoneIN Vodafone is already supposed to pay some 92k crore (approx) to the Indian govt. And rumors saying that Vodafone myt close it's Indian market, not sure though! I'm in Bangalore now, most places here lack a proper Vodafone signal.. and I'm paying for literally nothing! 🤦

    @VodafoneIN what a waste of money.not getting proper network at any place,even i am not getting proper 4g speed. The speed is worse than 2g experience.look yaar otherwise u ll lose customer base
