@ViCustomerCare Thanks much for the update. Vi outage was not an individual issue, so DM is irrelevant. @TRAI plz make it mandatory for these service providers to publish down time in social media, their websites & apps. Like water and electricity telephone service is also an essential service.

@ViCustomerCare one of the worst service I have been experienced I have called your customer care team regarding my bank otp are not coming to my registered mobile number and when I called each time everyone is telling me different solutions and responding rudely.

@ViCustomerCare Well past the due date and no improvement. In fact, now we have to go and stand at the window to be able to speak. Works as a normal network between 0100hrs ist and 0830hrs ist approximately though, maybe because others are asleep.

@ViCustomerCare I am porting all 46 numbers of our organistion becoz u have the poorest customer service ever. I had sent mail using customer id that you mentioned in bill, but your executive says we cant find that. You have the most expensive plans.
