@ViCustomerCare Thanks much for the update. Vi outage was not an individual issue, so DM is irrelevant. @TRAI plz make it mandatory for these service providers to publish down time in social media, their websites & apps. Like water and electricity telephone service is also an essential service.

@ViCustomerCare - Can you please stop sending unnecessary promotional messages. I m tired of deleting more than 8-10 messages in a day. I have never wanted a caller tune, it gor subscribed on its own.
