    @ViCustomerCare Thanks much for the update. Vi outage was not an individual issue, so DM is irrelevant. @TRAI plz make it mandatory for these service providers to publish down time in social media, their websites & apps. Like water and electricity telephone service is also an essential service.

    @ViCustomerCare @TheSuhaniShah Vi today I have a worst experience from you it's very disgusting, I do it 19 rupees recharge , the validity is on, but outgoing and incoming call is off ..very worst experience today from you and I nothing expecting from you this type of behaviour, I hate you, you're such a liar.

    @ViCustomerCare having very bad network. Tower guy doesn’t start generator after electricity. Just get network when electricity is there. Network comes for few hours. @rsprasad
