  @ViCustomerCare Thanks much for the update. Vi outage was not an individual issue, so DM is irrelevant. @TRAI plz make it mandatory for these service providers to publish down time in social media, their websites & apps. Like water and electricity telephone service is also an essential service.

  @utsavtechie I would have ported to Vodafone from Airtel, but the network is not good. @ViCustomerCare , @Airtel_Presence
