    @ViCustomerCare Thanks much for the update. Vi outage was not an individual issue, so DM is irrelevant. @TRAI plz make it mandatory for these service providers to publish down time in social media, their websites & apps. Like water and electricity telephone service is also an essential service.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @rmstakkar Need urgent support, My Mob No. was down from last 24 hours after Postpaid to Prepaid conversation and not able to get any support from VI store Lajpat Nagar. I have visited the store two times. My VI No is 9811984424 and alt. no is 9971705954.
