  @ViCustomerCare Making and receiving calls is impossible and even if I can browse at all, its either slow or intermittent. Both my office and home are in the most prime area of my city - Kolhapur and still there is no network or connectivity. When will all this be resolved?

  FYI @reliancejio I received a call from someone claiming to represent JIO and telling that there is some problem in port out request. They told me to send the cancellation message. It’s really shameless on part of @ViCustomerCare to have their people call by impersonating 2/2

  @ViCustomerCare It has been more than a month since I have requested to convert my postpaid plan to prepaid but no action has been taken . I am really frustrated now. Is switching to some other operator is the only solution ??

  @ViCustomerCare The only information I need is how and who to escalate and get my refund if the sales reps are not answering calls after taking payment, customer care says wait 24 hours on call everyday? Is your owned company also bankrupt like you? Not sure how such companies have license @TRAI
