    @ViCustomerCare I had to reach out through twitter because ur people on helpline number is saying different and your vi store in Dhanbad, jharkhand is saying different thing ! Kindly help me out to start this number or else clearly state that this Issue's solution is out of your reach.

    @ViCustomerCare My no. bought in BBSR (was studying there) is closed just a day ago,now demands document verification by going and submitting in VI BBSR only. I am a resident of Dhanbad, Jharkhand. Is it logical that to only verify documents I have to go to bbsr ? No help given !
