    @ViCustomerCare Just now customer care called saying technical team has resolved the issue And immediately after call network went to 2G Right now 4G strength is down to 2 bars with super slow data speed Also network is switching between 2g, 3g,4g

    @ViCustomerCare Well we changed from postpaid to prepaid more than an year ago. So the question of a bill unpaid doesn't even arise. What I fail to understand is a threat. Do you realise what good a case it could be to use the threatening message we have received?

    @ViCustomerCare I did port my number from vodafone to Jio before 5 years back now I got massage to pay outstanding amount now. This is very bad service to say pay bill after 5 year.

    totally disappointed by @ViCustomerCare your service. Your network was off for 5 days in the last one week and it is still there today, is it a waste of my money?
