    @ViCustomerCare Hi Geeta last time I gave feedback and your support team spammed me with calls of how is it now.. etc etc. nothing got resolved. So thank you for your response Geeta but I don’t hold any hopes of any good service from Vi 🙏🏻

    @ViCustomerCare what’s the next logical step in the escalation matrix for my case pending with you guys since April 1st. You are not responding to my emails to customer care. You are giving me parroted replies from your list of ‘to-go’ replies and I am tired of this back and forth. You have blocked my services from May. No proper answers to any of my questions. I am this close to complaining to consumer court because you are NOT ANSWERING MY QUERIES. Give me the escalation matrix email. Who is next up in line?

    @ViCustomerCare I have been using Vi cell number since last many yrs. Upon checking this month bill I noticed that Vi Movies&TV subscription has been added to my bill without me ever actually availing it. Absolute refusal by customer care to do anything about it

    @ViCustomerCare Do you have any process in addressing network issues not even 2g is coming properly here at masab tank where cell tower is present in 100 meters but charges same as airtel or jio

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Unable to VI Guarantee monthly 10GB as per recharge pack. When contacted VI customer care, they told that I need to exhausted Unlimited 5G pack first (currently in area where they don't have 5G). They told still I need to exhaust. Super knowledgeable
