    @ViCustomerCare Upgrading buying a new handset as suggested by you is no solution as I am able to get VoLTE with @RelJio4g Jio 4g sim. If you can't provide it on Google Pixel 4a, i will be happy to port to @reliancejio

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup your officials are harassing a senior citizen who wants to convert from postpaid to prepaid! From not talking properly to claiming that customer has rejected the application, it’s very sad and unfair! Need the conversion asap

    @DoT_India Please do address my concern. They want me to buy upgrade my handset just because Vi can't provide VoLTE. I can access VoLTE using Jio sim card. @ViCustomerCare must comply with service rather then asking me to buy a new handset
