@ViCustomerCare what an inefficient batch of people. My internet has not been working properly, and your team says all you need to do is wait. I have connected with 3 people, and when after no resolution I told them that I shall escalate this, they were pretty cool with it.

@ViCustomerCare 4G internet not working. Location: NS Road, Chakdaha, Nadia, Pin-741222. 4G signal present, but after turning on mobile data internet is not functioning for more than 1 hour. Please resolve ASAP.

@ViCustomerCare This issue has been there for the last 3 days, and they are asking for another couple of days. When asked about making me speak with a senior, the blatant reply happens to be they are nor available. I don’t want such a network!

@ViCustomerCare I am totally fed up with Vodafone customer service. I am going to surrender all my Vodafone number. I have 4 Vodafone number in my office. I have only asked them to send me automatically pdf copy of the bill every month. But they are harrassing like anything .
