    From pas few days while making an outgoing call my network goes down , nill automatically after dialing a number and I'm not even receiving any call , whenever anyone tries to call me my network goes automatically down @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare If I have do the DM also it is waste of my time only bcz you don't have futuristic plan and established network so waste of my time and my recharge amount. Look at your core failure and resolve that automatically it will solve

    From last night until now, I still haven’t been able to use my internet. After calling your customer care, there was no option to talk to a customer representative. How are people supposed to file complaints if they can’t even use the internet? @ViCustomerCare

    3/ @ViCustomerCare Problem started because years ago I corrected my DOB in Aadhaar. Old DOB: 17/10/1997 Corrected DOB: 16/10/1997 Same Aadhaar number. Same person. Same photo. Same name.
