    @ViCustomerCare Your customer support is pathetic, your team promises a callback with resolution with a Tat of 48 hrs but does not respond , network issue resolution is promised I. 24 hrs but no response.

    @ViCustomerCare The worst network ever Once u rase a complaint they will ask u to restart phone, use other phone, through your phone & even they shout at u But they will not do anything to improve. Can't get otp any time I m porting to Jio, let's find a better service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Samar, no need to contact. The matter is already over. I'll make sure to move away from VI asap because of pathetic service and shady ways to get consumer information and contact them without concent. This shows how much you care about your customers and their privacy period.
