@ViCustomerCare I have now a sim i cant use i am abroad as well. The rep should have told me clearly that in Safe custody it means you will not have an active sim. If that was the case i would have opted for another solution.

@VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia very poor and arrogant attitude from customer care. Every month vi deducts money without no reason when calling customer care for a refund they give very arrogant answers and now vi claims my father name is wrong and vi teaches me

@lavanyadeepak @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Couldn't agree more... PATHETIC service. And their representatives are always on drugs it seems. They simply copy and paste the same info without going through the history or the details. Is there another way I can lodge my complaint?

@ViCustomerCare upon checking with the office team again in kerala, they are now saying I wont be able to use the SIM!!!! What the hell is this? Its clear miscommunication to the customer. I clearly stated my requirements and i need the sim to be active but no outgoing required.

@ViCustomerCare I have already raised a complain previously, but still facing the same network error, network issue. I had already recharged for 1 yr, I'm srry that I have to port my connection. 15 yrs, that im using hutch then vodafone.
