@ViCustomerCare Its high time now I'll now be porting out, all this while u could not provide VoLTE in the entire circle of Bihar & Jharkhand and now there is no proper network coverage be it 2G/3G/4G in Jamshedpur. Thank you for being the most pathetic network of India.

Totally disappointed and now going to port number to other netwrk because of such disgusting service. Account recharged but doesn’t reflect on number. Customer care is worthless. @ViCustomerCare
