    I am getting very poor service from VI Company on your network and I have to roam on your network from Mumbai to Virar. Is this bad? You are giving very poor service to the customers. This needs to change. Customers need a better service.@ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare since morning, I can't see any network on my mobile,. Tried setting network manually not working, tried restarting mobile not working, tried enable and disable mobile not working, removed sim card, clean it still not working Is it Global issue or only me?

    @ViCustomerCare Nothing has been shared. Again stereo type answer . Where's the f*c*i*g solution? I am escalating the whole matter to nodal grievance officer .... And still no solution then i will Sent you legal notice

    @ViCustomerCare Completely unacceptable service. Suspended my active postpaid number without proper clarification and kept delaying resolution even after store visits and verification. Because of this unprofessional handling, I’m now planning to port to Jio or Airtel.
