Hello @ViCustomerCare I'm very sad to announce that I'm going to switch to airtel because when ever I use night unlimited data I'm not getting proper net in my daily data pack(that was 1.5 gb) very very poor network and finally the time has came good bye.....

@ViCustomerCare This plan was changed without any intimated or permission to 299 entertainment plan. Your customer care has not been helpful at all. I request you to give me back my Rs 399 plan with the discount of Rs 100 and the benefits mentioned above.

@swag_swamed_11 @ViCustomerCare yeah bro...jio is better in terms pf service today i port out two sims from vi to jio.. luckily 2 months free in jio so money wasted in recharge in vi didn't affect that much.mine is 3rd vi sim in my family but thinking to port in Airtel.i am a gamer so Airtel gives best ping.

@ViCustomerCare I do not see any progress for my complaint. I will have to do online police complaint otherwise. I called the number and number is active. My adhar data was accessed and Vi issued a card to someone on my name! This is pathetic of Vi. @GujaratPolice @dgpgujarat please help me.
