    Hey @vodafonein @TRAI @DoT_India, I have some problems from one month 1. Too much network problem. 2. Voice breaking during calls (Volte) 3. Internet speed becomes un responsive, not usable during peak hour. 4. Many hours call not connect & only. Came like (tuk,tuk)

    It's getting worse day by day. Yesterday I was not able to hear voice of the caller but, today i am not able to make a call(when I try to call someone it is being cut automatically). So please it's been 7-8 day of complaint but still no improvement in service @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare i changed airtel sim to your vodafone idea. shopkeeper has not done FRC, I have complained about this to your customer. Have written to care, now the shopkeeper is saying that you get the FRC of 265, I must have missed the FRC in your sim

    @ViCustomerCare What is wrong, there's no network since last night in Bihpuria Circle (Assam). And this has become routine now. Almost every 2-3 days there's network outage. Even when the signal is there we face difficulty opening webpages. Why is this happening??

    @ViCustomerCare Can you please confirm if you have a resolution for this. So far there is no VoLTE service and I am unable to make or receive calls for more than 10 hours now. If it is impossible for you to resolve then please let me know. I will take it up with @TRAI and @DoT_India
