Hey @vodafonein @TRAI @DoT_India, I have some problems from one month 1. Too much network problem. 2. Voice breaking during calls (Volte) 3. Internet speed becomes un responsive, not usable during peak hour. 4. Many hours call not connect & only. Came like (tuk,tuk)

@VodafoneIN I was getting very good speed till 8 PM and suddenly my speed is killed after 8 pm ... I am stuck in Rajasthan village named Lunava ... my WFH is completely dependent on Vodafone ... I am a 999/- REDX plan member plz look into this urgently ... I am on 24*7 support

@ViCustomerCare Can you check how & why my credit limit got decreased to 600. My numbers have been deactivated as well. I didn't get a notice of the reduction in credit limit & intimation of deactivation of numbers. T customer service on 199 wasnt able to give a proper justification.

@ViCustomerCare The vi sim which I was using for 3 yrs is now suddenly not working....I checked the sim with other phones giving the same result....when I enquired replacement for sim from a local vendor he asked for 150rs..what is the cost for replacing a damaged or faulty sim?
