    @VodafoneIN I was getting very good speed till 8 PM and suddenly my speed is killed after 8 pm ... I am stuck in Rajasthan village named Lunava ... my WFH is completely dependent on Vodafone ... I am a 999/- REDX plan member plz look into this urgently ... I am on 24*7 support

    Hey @vodafonein @TRAI @DoT_India, I have some problems from one month 1. Too much network problem. 2. Voice breaking during calls (Volte) 3. Internet speed becomes un responsive, not usable during peak hour. 4. Many hours call not connect & only. Came like (tuk,tuk)

    Hey @ViCustomerCare what's wrong with your mobile network coverage? It keeps getting worse and worse... Keeps switching from 2G, 4G & 5G during train travel. When I try to call someone, the network disappears all of a sudden. Look into it & rectify ASAP!!

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN My network issue is still not resolved. I am facing very poor 4G speed and call problems in Nashik. If not resolved within 24 hours, I will port my number. Please escalate urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare Ordered a Vi SIM on March 8th, but it’s still not delivered. Been calling customer support every day, and they keep saying it’ll arrive ‘today’—which never happens. First experience with Vi, and already getting a taste of their ‘world-class’ service.

    @ViCustomerCare Educate that guy running a Vi mini store. He is literally harassing customers. He don’t know how to talk with customers especially women. He is bringing bad name for Vi. Before that they was a lady worked in the store. She was good. But now this guy Satheesh is rude & arrogant

    @ViCustomerCare Very poor service by vodafone team . 3 times my deadline missed . Harish sayyad emplyee even don't know how to speak with customer. He clearly said that escalate this issue where I want. Very arrogant and poor service
