    @ViCustomerCare Still haven’t received any positive response from the Vi team regarding my complaint. Is this how Vi treats its customers? Poor service like this once hurt the company’s growth and led to the merger with Idea -looks like the same mistakes are being repeated again.

    @TRAI @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare I recharged ₹155 plan (24 days) on my Vodafone number. Incoming calls & normal SMS work, but I’m not receiving OTPs from Policybazaar, banks, etc. Vi says this plan “doesn’t support OTPs” — this violates TRAI’s essential SMS delivery rules.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @consumerforum_ Since a long time I m facing issues for poorest worst network services in my locality. It's not the issue of my locality, but also almost at other locations, I experienced the same. I would like to request and appeal also to do needful asap against VODAFONE India.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Your customer care is chaos. Every agent says something different, speaks a different language, gives conflicting advice, and shows zero empathy. Such a mess - how can a company survive like this? Agents clearly need serious training. Highly advise against VI
