    @ViCustomerCare Hello Vi support team, do you allow queue recharge? For example, your ₹279 combo/validity pack gives a prepaid user 90 days of validity. If I recharge that pack 4 times simultaneously, will it give me 360 days worth of validity?

    @ViCustomerCare while selling new sim people they told will support eSim.... Now telling only in postpaid supports eSim... Is it your USP??? Bitter experience once again...

    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing so many network issues in the city area for the last 2 weeks. Please your network otherwise your current customers will also switch the network. It's totally frustrating that you are not able to provide a good network in cities. #Useless

    @ViCustomerCare VI can not be joking by saying that if you write Maharashtra as a circle your port out request will be rejected. It will be processed if you write Maharashtra & Goa. God save consumers from such bad practices to retain customers.
