    I was upset and angry with this person. I got hold of my phone and called, but the Call Failed. I tried 3-4 times, the result-Call Failed and the moment was gone. Hours later, I was calm and having a laugh with the same person. Thank you @ViCustomerCare for a terrible network.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup worst customer service ever. My sim has not worked in 4 months and there has been no help. Telling me to visit a store when there is a pandemic raging. DMs have also been of no use. Only people who call are collection people because I refuse to pay

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service one can ever anticipate. I have been following up to resolve my flash pop up issue for more than a week now. If I raise a complain, you guys close the complain without resolving my issue and ask me to raise another complain. That is what is going on...

    @ViCustomerCare I am regularly facing issue with international calling.I reached support to get this resolved. They are unable to resolve the issue and suggesting me to close the connection because this is the last option now. Seriously??
