    @ViCustomerCare looks like yall just done care enough. It's time to change my companies phone number to Airtel or some other provider. We are about 50 PPL on ur network who have absolutely zero connectivity. There has been no resolution provided from your end.

    @ViCustomerCare never use Vi services. They have their own rules and do not bother about customer and their grievances at all.

    @TRAI vodafone is blocking porting in various forms currently they are blocking me by not giving me a sms to login in to the app to delink 2 numbers Multiple requests have been made but no otp received pls intervene. @ViCustomerCare .

    @ViCustomerCare I was automatically subscribed to Bollycafe and charges for the same were deducted. With vi app, I was only able to deactivate the VAS on same day. The money deducted didn't return. Also not able to contact the agent through the app or 199. Please help.
