@ViCustomerCare please stop eating customers money without any reason. I have not had any change in the setting kept the phone home untouched and you start reducing balance day by day. Customer care just keeps dodging answers. Ridiculous

@ViCustomerCare The issue I raised while there was absolutely no network for 45 minutes and if this again happen, sorry to say I will escalate again also I will escalate if call drops happen. I may not able to pay you fully if you can not give all agreed services with full resolution.
