    @ViCustomerCare Still haven’t received any positive response from the Vi team regarding my complaint. Is this how Vi treats its customers? Poor service like this once hurt the company’s growth and led to the merger with Idea -looks like the same mistakes are being repeated again.

    @ViCustomerCare network coverage while I am inside my house. Enabled wifi calling. But when I am outside and signal is fine then I am not able to call any tollfree number . All my complaints get closed without a resolution . Advise me if I just leave this service and port ?

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi Team, I am writing to inform you that I have been unable to make any calls from my number since 7th October. I have tried multiple times to contact Vi Care through customer support and other channels, but the issue still remains unresolved.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Your customer care is chaos. Every agent says something different, speaks a different language, gives conflicting advice, and shows zero empathy. Such a mess - how can a company survive like this? Agents clearly need serious training. Highly advise against VI

    Jio & Airtel were always better in service than Vi in this case. Either will have to close the no or port to other service providers. @ViCustomerCare has terrible customer service and i have a proof of this.

    @ViCustomerCare went to Vi store kharadi Pune for postpaid to prepaid. Staff pruthviraj said backend not working, when asked details he called staff shifa, she said it be done only after bill is generated and there is no pronrata billing. Will port to @JioCare or @airtelindia

    Frustrated beyond words with @ViCustomerCare. Your agent Sumit just called- zero listening skills, full attitude, no intent to resolve the issue. Customers deserve respect, not one-sided conversations.Don’t call if you can’t listen to your own mistakes. @VodafoneGroup @DoT_India
