  @ViCustomerCare Due to very bad service by Vodafone-idea which I had been following up with them for last 1.5yrs, I had finally decided to port out & move to another provider. But it seems they are not allowing me to port out under an umbrella of not resolving the open issue.

  @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Dear All, I am writing to you after a numbers of attempts, I made to get the network issue resolved. First of all, let me say that Vi gives fastest download speed, although Voice quality is not that good as compared to Airtel/Jio
