    @VodafoneIN I was getting very good speed till 8 PM and suddenly my speed is killed after 8 pm ... I am stuck in Rajasthan village named Lunava ... my WFH is completely dependent on Vodafone ... I am a 999/- REDX plan member plz look into this urgently ... I am on 24*7 support

    @ViCustomerCare Haven't got anything till now, except countless calls from your call centers to pay up which they disconnect as soon as I bring up my issue. Shall I now also share recordings of the unprofessional callers also here? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare What does this mean ? I need fix Did you know you can resolve some of your Network issues on your own in a jiffy? Simply visit the Vi App & click Help & Support section. You can also raise complaints like these there - Shreya

    @ViCustomerCare and Vodafone finally replies after 6 days. Meanwhile the issue got rectified on its own the next day and reoccurred yesterday. Thanks for the superfast reply @ViCustomerCare after 6 days

    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing strange kind of issue for past 5 months with Vodafone network on Redmi note 8 pro. Most of the apps aren't working on mobile data but as soon as you connect on wifi they work

    @ViCustomerCare - this is not resolved yet. Your customer care is argumentative and unhelpful. Fix both - Resolved! xxxxx ref no. UPW-V00437228609 was a temporary issue which is successfully resolved by our team.
