  Last 2 Days VI not able to restore Network . I send request massage many but its useless. Text Massage not able to send. We should Ignore VI after continue use 12 years and join other network which able to provide proper service . @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare Your tower at Sansoli - 389320, Gujarat frequently stops working whenever there is an electricity outage. As soon as the power goes off, the mobile network and internet also stop working, causing major inconvenience. Please ensure proper power backup (battery/DG)

  I purchased 3 Vi postpaid numbers and paid a total security deposit of ₹900. However, I still haven't received my security deposit refund. This is disappointing. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. @ViCustomerCare
