    @ViCustomerCare Hi…just a quick question. Do you ever set up a good network coverage in my area. If you can’t, just say No. It’s been more than 3-4 years we are getting same service. Do you how worst it is? We are not getting OTPs. The more loyal we are, the worse service we get

    @PhonePeSupport @ViCustomerCare Help, i had made the recharged on 16/05/2021 amount was debited from bank but it's not not credited to That number still I'm waiting for resolution if it's didn't credit to Idea number please let me know where is the amount of rs. 50/-

    @ViCustomerCare The worst company I have ever come across in my life. Never I will think of subscribing to any of their services. Better please exit India you can't even provide basic services properly.

    @ViCustomerCare @manish53441 Don't want your formalities to take complaint, give timeline and close the on last day of timeline, if really want to solve replace all the old equipment on existing network site with lattest one, Dungri(396375), Valsad, Gujarat.

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing a problem with your network nearly a week.i orderd prepaid to postpaid connection in a last week but today only i heared that if the sim is not in active we can't do. There is no vi store near to me. My number is not working.
