@ViCustomerCare. VI signals are not good . I raised a complaint but it was closed with the reason geographical/ structure closed buildings. If you have any signal limitations like this better to display in website itself with pincode details.

@Durgesh14262628 @ViCustomerCare My sincere advice. Don't Port as this would cost u dearly. They have pathetic services .Voice ,data as well as customer care services are Third grade. Am trying to resolve a simple issue with sms for last 10 days but their employees are super incompetent. @rmstakkar

@ViCustomerCare My Vi connection is really good but since today morning the internet is not working at all, network is full and not just me,all vi sim holders in my areas are facing the same issue, vi customer care not picking up the call instead just the 198 line gets hung up.
