    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare you say that you resolved my issue. but im still facing trouble with the network. i still cant use data properly and neither a proper voice on call. even the customer support representative had to disconnect the call bcz my voice wasnt clear on the call. send help

    @ViCustomerCare Yesterday I ported my number from Vi to Jio. But I think there may be a problem. Call is not coming in my number, when anybody try to call me it says 'you've dialed a wrong number', though outgoing call facility is working fine. Please help me in this regard.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi 4G services still not available in my area. I'm complaining this since 1 year but still you're not taking. If you're not able to give Services here then tell me I'll be port my Vi number to another service. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Seriously! As per @ViCustomerCare DM they are saying they don’t have adequate network near capital of this country. Nowadays, life is like hell without OTP,this is the only number which I have and it registered in Bank, Aadhar etc. I’m blocked to file ITR due to same. @DoT_India
