    @utsavtechie Don't know if they survive or not but @ViCustomerCare always tries to solve customer problems. Talking from my Personal experience their staff behaviour is very good.

    You just can’t reply on Idea Vodafone. Let the company shut down. This is the pathetic speed of the #4G frm @VICustomerCare. Even after many years they are not able to offer ‘satisfying’ speed of internet, let alone be good, better or best. Apathy is, they are talking about #5G.

    @ViCustomerCare Due to no response and not able to contact customer care, I had to do another recharge. Highly disappointed. I want refund for the previous recharge.

    Horrible experience with @ViCustomerCare postpaid! Huge bill generating each month despite of absolute no usage. Customer service is still apparently “highlighting” the issue raised months back with no resolution provided. #Vodafone #CustomerExperience
