  Dear @ViCustomerCare, VI 5 G vi 5g not work properly in Delh. In some area 5g network doesn't work. In downloading Video and image, it takes more time. It happens with me not know about others. 4G works properly.

  @ViCustomerCare Asking to wait for 72 hours when the advertisement says `24 hour sim delivery’ isn’t how you enhance the customer’s experience. Do better! When doing business in south India, atleast have customer care agents who can understand English or our regional language.

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Multiple calls, same responses, but no resolution. The issue remains unresolved despite repeated follow-ups. As a paying customer, this is unacceptable. I am now proceeding with a complaint on the Consumer Affairs portal. Please resolve this immediately.
