@ViCustomerCare bogus duty-free shopping voucher issued, was unable to redeem the same at airport & was told it’s expired while it was activated on Tuesday itself, sincerely loosing interest in VI day by day due to lot of other troubles/ issues as well @ypachnekar

@ViCustomerCare Your network network has a sudden signal blindspot (especially on data, but voice as well) in between #cubbonpark in Bangalore. It is a solid nuisance while taking calls on commute. Might be the final straw to port a 15 yr Vodafone number to @airtelindia Pls act.

@ViCustomerCare Let me tell you my story, 1st of all my IDEA sim got some problem, stop responding to mobile, so after checking at Customer Care they replaced it and charged some around Rs.170 for sim replacement, saying that due to heat generated by my phone sim got defected.

@ViCustomerCare They have the worst service, their call center hangs up on people. I was with them for 10 years, and yet a such treatment. Despite sending emails to the appellate no action. But automated Responses. I miss the old Hutch when their corporate service was world-renowned. #vichodo
