    @ViCustomerCare The network is in a very bad state here. There is a only 1 bar on the tower symbol. Phone call quality is very poor. In name only 4G actually gets 2G Speed. I think I've made a mistake by porting to #vi. PIN-735214, WEST BENGAL

    One of the most horrible services ever, to the corporate customers of @ViCustomerCare , no wonder this business is constantly failing. They have made it a point to agonize me again and again every month with horrible services.

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service by VI. Before recharge i have confirmed and your executive told me that recharge with 128 & ur previous service validity will also get added however same has not happened. Have complaint today in ur customer care however thy hve disconnected call

    @ViCustomerCare again this is crazy that I have got a bill of 2000 rupees for incoming calls I have never picked up.... there are many customers having same issue.... better to port to another number. @ViCustomerCare pls check and correct the invoice
