  @ViCustomerCare You have the 3rd class , and double standard services, your198 customer care executive said, i can make calls and sms with talktime recharge,Then today i recharged 10Rs For sms,now they saying it not possible for sms with talktimerecharge you can use it for call

  @ViCustomerCare Sir/Mam my new Postpaid Mobile number is suspended due to unknown reasons your support team is misleading and don't helping me at all and asking to visit store but the store also can't help me if a new postpaid customer is helpless then what will happen to other🙏🏻
