  Received a phone call from Vodafone customer team regarding excess international roaming billing. They have acknowledged their mistake today but have refused to waive off the entire extra charge saying it's not possible to waive off everything. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare I have complaint a thousand of times related to network, internet and calling issues but your just call me and they give no response and when i hang up the call i get a msg your issue is resolved, you haven't listened my issue and saying it resolved.

  @ViCustomerCare and @ubersupport13 are competing for the worst customer care position in the market. I’ve spoken to VI customer care executives probably more than I speak with my mum (because of the bad network)…and yet!!! Need to change my service provider. Any suggestions?

  @ViCustomerCare Why I am getting a threatening calls from VI.?@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneIN I have shared all the documents, what I have been offered by whom. I don't see any issue in that but u guys r dealing it & purposely putting mental pressure on me, harassing me by making threatening calls
