@ViCustomerCare Prashant, I will only wait for today. If my number is not converted to prepaid, I Will move out of @Vodafone network permanently and will make sure none of my family member uses Voda. Issue could have been resolved in a better way similar the way my other number was moved to prep

PSA: If you're using Vodafone, please check your phone bills. They are having a technical issue for past 2 months due to which wrongful additional charges are being levied in the bills. And @ViCustomerCare is absolutely useless in reversing these charges. @TRAI pls take action!
