@ViCustomerCare I can't use internet after new recharge and your team is not help me i feel cheated today i am not able to run 4G internet even after taking big recharge money for 4g service give my recharge money otherwise i I will file a claim in cunsumer court.

Hey @ViCustomerCare - are the DND settings on your app a joke? After confirming preferences have been saved, I get a message stating that a DND complaint is rejected as I have not registered for DND. Folks at 198 can’t help for 4 hours as systems are down!
