@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN I have been a customer for nearly 5 years . Did not port out when got free services from others. After opting for port out I received so many calls I was thinking to change my heart. But I was wrong the problem came back in 3 days that means there is systemic error.

@ViCustomerCare i have done recharge of rs 78 for 89 days caller tune on 6 march 2021. Recharge done but still i am not able to login in Vi caller tune app as no otp comes and also it shows u still have to buy caller tune services. Very bad experience. No customer support

@ViCustomerCare couldn’t abide by the offers you give your customer and just hoax about offers. My bill discount issued by your team on 29th Jan isnt applied in my Feb Bill and now your team says we cant do anything.A shameful act by VI. Even when everything is recorded you deny.

@ViCustomerCare Only when I opted to port out there was a response from the team . Now within 3 days back to square one outgoing not going. Only God can save this type of service.
