The biggest reason shares down of #vodafoneidea there poor services. We have visited #VI store on 3 Feb 2023 located in 1/5,G/F , west Patel nagar, Delhi110008 for new postpaid connection but yet not activated sim, there are making fool every day @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare

@TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare Implement a good ITSM and your customer service will improve with linking the core issue with the follow ups. Jet Airways will have the same problem as almost every airline in India currently does. Try it.

@TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare I am a mango man in front of you, but believe me when I say that you will not get any better customer service with Airtel or Jio. I've used all of them, this is the hard realization. Don't take 3 months of pain, write to @ViVodaidea CEO, your issues will be solved.
