@ViCustomerCare I want to change my alternate No. in my profile & to add my email id.I made requests through vi app 3-4 times , every time request ticket is allotted but its fails & details r not updated in app.Calling to customer care also went futile.Its really irritating exp.

@ViCustomerCare your senior customer care executive disconnected the call when I asked him to show me where it is written that call will be charged for STD calls in your website. Shame on you.
