Raised network complaints with #Vodafone & #Airtel. Vodafone responded quickly and sent a team. Airtel gave the usual excuse work is going on but showed no real concern for customer issues. Thanks @VodafoneIN for the support. Still in progress,but appreciated #CustomerService

Here’s a tweet you can post to escalate the matter with Vodafone Idea and bring attention to the lack of response @ViCustomerCare Still no response or resolution regarding the unjustified 90-day wait to convert from prepaid to postpaid. As highlighted earlier.
