Hi @airtelindia I have been trying to port my number from @VodafoneIN since 22nd of November. But still following up with the local Airtel office for the same. And always get a same reply, that it's under process...!! If your customer service is like this then I have to re think.

@VodafoneIN Team please check I have done RS,36 recharge for 28 days validity but I didn't get any benefit for this recharge and I have called on your customer care executive they guys did not help and behavior is very rude so please process my recharge and restore the services.

@ViCustomerCare Againthe same has happened, despite the assurance that money will not get deducted. The phone is a very basic set and it have almost nil usage. Yet mjney gets deducted, for some reason or the other. Look into the issue and solve ti permanently.
