    @ViCustomerCare hiii I'm using your sim card struggling to surf internet on my mobile phone. My phone has no problem but your network surely has. In modern times when companies are looking for 5G , it's hard for me to connect with 3G . Please look into matter From Ladnun (Raj)

    @ViCustomerCare When I called customer support they told that I have used data after 6:00 PM while it is wrong for that I am also sending you screenshots which were sent to me by your company for outstanding data in that time 5 :35 Coming

    @ViCustomerCare Hello team I have made a complain on 6th of June,2022 and raised multiple request for same on your your customer service help desk and as of now it has not been resolved. There should be a deadline to all of the requests and no one is bothered to resolve.

    Today again the same problem, the Internet goes for some time, then stops and the signal of 'E' is seen instead of 4G, the networks are absolutely negligible. 9413886318 Will this problem never be okay? Or should I get the number PORT on another network? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare horrible service, I paid for International roaming for 28 days plan. The plan has not worked even for a single day. I am in a foreign country where neither I can use data to make a phone call nor message anyone because of bad service. I need refund @Vodacom
