    Dear @ViCustomerCare do you have any solution to our problems except forcing us to buy your postpaid sims? Today i visited to start my old prepaid sim again but your customer care center just denied to give any service unless i convert it into postpaid. @TRAI please look into it

    @ViCustomerCare I hv lodged a complaint of fraud by Vi thru email dated 28th Oct 22 giving all proofs but Vi has not responded yet to my email. If you ignore then I shall approach TRAI and Telecom Ministry with all proofs. Proofs are genuine and perfect so do not take it lightly.

    @ViCustomerCare from Last 1 months I am unable to use my number... Even though my postpaid doesn't have any due on it.. because of heavy network issues.. ok now my point is do i have to pay for the October month..???

    @ViCustomerCare There is a voice lag issue with postpaid connection. Already we have requested 1000 times in chennai office. no response. Can we port all 40 numbers to other network?

    @ViCustomerCare There is nõ resolution, you guys are asking me to pay for unused services and whne the bill was paid and number was deactivated on 25th august why should i pay, already before that a month ago i stopped using the number, so you guys get it resolved from your team as its mistake
