@DoT_India @ViCustomerCare forces to change my 5 numbers to new sim. Alrwady ut was done earlier. I paid 100 each. This people spoke to me very rude. I should not get any single reply from that stupida. They never resolved yet. Waiting for the validity to get over, to port out.

@navb82 @ViCustomerCare sharing experience,having Vi number 4 almost 7 years for me & mom,now v had an issue but their pathetic Vi outlet office,call center &customercare email service couldn't solve 4 last 21 days, recharged thro net banking for 1year but not recharged &bank paid 2 Vi &no refund yet

@ViCustomerCare @RBI i,ve been using there service for more then 6,7 year but today by mistake i recharge some other no. and when i ask them to divert that recharge to my no. Or refund it they just say they can't do that really disappointed with there service lotting customer
