    @ViCustomerCare I am not going to pay that huge amount. Whatever excuses you give in the name of usage charges. If I cross that limit then you should stop your service. Iam not going to pay a single rupee above my current plan. You can't loot your customers like this.

    @ViCustomerCare There is major issue in my bill as hv received bill of 32k. 27k is mentioned for internet usage at the time I was in flight. I didn't use Internet or made any calls during my recent international trip. Plz suggest whom to connect. My monthly avg bill is 600-700.

    @JioCare Everything has been discussed in DM already. I'm using @ViCustomerCare second card and no issue with it. Only issues with your servicec due to faulty SIM card. Replace it free of cost.

    @ViCustomerCare Why you have answered here. I will seek help from consumer forum. Again and again you are giving excuse of extra data usage why didn't you stopped the connection until next cycle. I can't afford that much so I have chosen plan of Rs 999/- And I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY ALERT!!

    @ViCustomerCare Worst roaming experience in Jharkhand now other networks migrate to 5G but VI still provide me 2G and 3G at Dhanbad(Jharkhand) even still not upgraded Volte services

    @espres0Patronum @ViCustomerCare Worst experience. Was using no.XXXXXXXX11 since long. Company deactivated no. during covid time. Approached their stores and made many requests to back end authorities. No action till date. Three years are gone and I am asked to pay 2000/- for the same no.
