    @ViCustomerCare Dear team, i am facing network problem since today Morning not able to surfing and even calls also getting disrupted and being disconnected automatically. Using IQOO 13 but still issue is persist even i restart my device many times.

    @ViCustomerCare This isn’t just my problem you should fix these issues from the root. And yeah, the port for the 6 VI users has already been done, and I’m so frustrated with your service that I’m thinking of making sure no one in my friend circle uses Vi

    @JM_Scindia kindly have a look at the freedom you have given companies like @ViCustomerCare to mentally harass the customer. Been more than a month and still not a single customer care executive is even promising a resolution. All they have to say is ‘we shall give you an update.
