    @TRAI my vodafone number which is of delhi currently in roaming in uttrakhand is having 4g internet of 3gb/day but unable to use even 1 mb of it very bad speed the call voice is not clear very much frustrated . @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneIN How much time , patience of 6x30 = 180 days is not enough...... When once QUALITY is improved then why facing issues again , else customer care executive shouldn't call me told that network were improved ...... firstly manage the staff and information provided to them

    @Gyanprakash92 @VodafoneIN Same here once I also face a rude executive . He advised me to port Sim or Change the network. They didn't want more customers this year

    @VodafoneIN I AM BEARING A LOT SINCE NOVEMBER 2019, HOW KUCH MORE TIME YOU WANTED . AFTER YOYR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE CALLED ME AND TOLD THAT 4G TURBO SPEED NETWORK HAS BEEN PROVIDED IN YOUR AREA , SO I RECHARGED FOR 599rs , but no improvement ...... ACTUALLY BSNL is far far better

    @VodafoneIN Team please check I have done RS,36 recharge for 28 days validity but I didn't get any benefit for this recharge and I have called on your customer care executive they guys did not help and behavior is very rude so please process my recharge and restore the services.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , My father, who was the account holder of our family postpaid numbers, has recently passed away. Due to this sudden crisis, we couldn't pay the 2 months' bill and are facing severe financial distress. Customer service is threatening to disconnect all numbers. We want to clear the dues and transfer the ownership, but we need emotional and financial breathing room. Please help us temporarily freeze outgoing charges and clear dues without disconnecting our lines.

    @ViCustomerCare facing the worst possible internet speed for the past 2 months. Have raised complaint multiple times but still not resolved. Tried again to raise a complaint today but guess what internet speed is so slow can't even raise a complaint in your app. Fix this ASAP
