    They've registered my complaint for Vi app under SSR MNG-V00427011587, and the due date was 28 Apr '21 | 06.00 PM They didn't solved problem and no updates regarding registered complaint. I've been asking help at @ViCustomerCare but they don't respond to my query.

    @ViCustomerCare your response is not good at all. Location- AEGCL NAGAJANKA, MARIANI from last 2 days your network is not visible in my area. I am tried of doing complaint again and again. Vodafone users shifting towards jio for this problems. For me port is the last option?

    @ViCustomerCare i have selected Caller tune frm Vicallertunes app.i got the sms that request has been processed & same has been billed as well,bt whn caller calls there is no ringing not the music nor normal call sound.Plz correct it as you r billing but m not getting service

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Too bad service,I have contacted to customer care before 3-4 days. Whenever anyone called me ,my number found switched off but my number us working properly. No one hear my issue .They all are like there is no issue from our side.

    For 2 months i kept calling the store manager but nothing happened, not able to contact Voda customer care, the phone number given with the bill is not connecting ,my number is blocked nw during lockdown can't go out, kindly resolve my problem ASAP @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia
