    @ViCustomerCare There is no power back up system in Vi at ranipet circle. If power off or shutdown, we didn't get signal from Vodafone. Why, they collect lot of money from us. But no proper arrangements for like this issues. Need proper solution

When tried to to check previous history of this kind of complaints saw many unresolved tweets, hope this will not have same verdict.

    @ViCustomerCare dear VI I m failed to understand your strategy when mistake found n tried to lodge complaint well in advance then it was told after billing now after giving in writing also it's 15 days for rectify your own mistakes you want me to tweet or go to consumers court?

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Team, I have send the inbox sms and bill screenshot for extra charges but there is no break up for charges. Kindly check and revert. Very bad and pathetic services for Vi. If this kind of service I'm getting then will port the number to other networks.

    @ViCustomerCare NEVER GO FOR VI SHARING MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE I bought number 7528075000 from VI STORE(Paid number)on 15.11.21. Store punched my number. But my Sim is not fetching any network (no signal at all) till date. NEVER GO FOR VI.

    ODI-V00737317228 is a network issue since 7th December. First assured me same will be solved within 11th December. But now date is extended upto 14th December. Is it Aditya Birla Idea cellular service or state govt Tahasil Department ? @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare
