@VodafoneIN vodafone is wrost service i have ever used. They commit to solve out issue with in 24 -48 hrs and rt now 300 hrs passed and issue remain same. I have requested to change my postpaid to prepaid but after taking long time around 15 days they told me to visit store.

@ViCustomerCare I lost my phone and Vi sim on 26-Jul-22.Reported the issue on 27-Jul-22. Have been since circling the Vi centre. They told me since I was in Mumbai and the sim was from MP circle it would take time. Aur kitna time,14th hai. how r u still allowed to operate?

@ViCustomerCare Outgoing calls & messages barred for 3days... 3 complaint calls in 6 hours, each time response SORRY SIR we are passing call to senior team, keeps me waiting for 6-8minutes and then disconnects, every time, same story. Each call >15 minutes. Are we that free..
