    @VodafoneIN just receiving call for resolution and confirmation that we are working but not getting resolution. Now call facility gone after net facility. I am also working my private job and get stuck with this issue.

    to pay this amount. Just give one reason why I should pay this amount. I am using wifi for data services in office even at home. For calling using @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN provided by my company. I am waiting for resolution and paid my bill every month. Now I will not!!!

    @VodafoneIN No value of your commitment...you asked to wait for 3 days to resolve my problem...3 days completed now saying..pls allow some more time??? Loss ko tumari company degi jo raha hai...non connectivity se????? I am also losing daily data benefit too.

    @ViCustomerCare vi app doesn't update email id. Everytime OTP is filled in, it says "it is already updated" but the email has not been updated. Pl help.

    @VodafoneIN Issue is, I was using 299 plan and I had upgraded to the plan of 399 with Mobile Shield but when I tried to registered on Mobile Shield App it always shows error. Now I want from Vodafone is to put my previous plan back on my number with Rs 50 discount that I was getting before.

    @ViCustomerCare telephone network absent since yesterday afternoon and now returned in very feeble strength. There is no effective system of registering complaint and if it is, you ask for 4-5 days for solution. A prompt action is requested if anyone from Vi is there

    @ViCustomerCare How unprofessional, my complaint is closed without any proper resolution stating that it was just a temporary glitch, while still im facing the same problem, I have all the call recordings and proofs of the issue which is still persists. It's better to port of this pain.

    @ViCustomerCare no network at all from Pulivendula to Vempally around 30 kms stretch In YSR kadapa Dist . And after that again from vempally to KSRM engineering college approximately 35 kms again no network. What’s the use of using VI ??

    @ViCustomerCare I am paying for a 2GB daily data plan, but I am unable to use even 10MB a day because the network is practically non-existent. My phone has become useless—people cannot reach me, and when a call somehow connects, the voice breaks constantly, making communication impossible.
