@VodafoneIN from last 1year service level reached to the worst. I left Vodafone due overcharging from postpaid. I joined again after 2 years, again this happen and switch to prepaid,now your app is putting us in debits by now showing nesesary details,it's pathetic.I quite forever

@VodafoneIN Just received a call from @VodafoneIN team and I was ensured that the services will be resumed in 30minutes. I hope for a better response this as I was never disappointed by the services but this time it was something really annoying.

@VodafoneIN vodafone is wrost service i have ever used. They commit to solve out issue with in 24 -48 hrs and rt now 300 hrs passed and issue remain same. I have requested to change my postpaid to prepaid but after taking long time around 15 days they told me to visit store.

@ViCustomerCare There's very poor signal strength of Vi in my area (Silchar, Assam) and absolutely no voice clarity in calls for the past 2 days. Using WhatsApp for calls currently. Similar is the case with other Vi users in my area. Please Fix it ASAP.
