@VodafoneIN vodafone is wrost service i have ever used. They commit to solve out issue with in 24 -48 hrs and rt now 300 hrs passed and issue remain same. I have requested to change my postpaid to prepaid but after taking long time around 15 days they told me to visit store.

@VodafoneIN from last 1year service level reached to the worst. I left Vodafone due overcharging from postpaid. I joined again after 2 years, again this happen and switch to prepaid,now your app is putting us in debits by now showing nesesary details,it's pathetic.I quite forever

@ViCustomerCare Really upset!! Made a request for international roaming and got an sms confirmation. Landed in NYC today and no service. Called VI and spoke to 4 different people and finally a senior supervisor who acknowledged that my request was received. (1/2)
