I joined again after 2 years, again this happen and switch to prepaid,now your app is putting us in debits by now showing nesesary details,it's pathetic.I quite forever

Pls note that the problem occurred in VI APP where I chose profile of 81xxxxxx41 but at time of recharge it got automatically changed to default profile number of 91xxxxxx93. Its problem at your APP end.
